Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin by the lake

Urke is a lively little village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post office and pharmacy, garden center and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. Sunnmørsalpane surrounds the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which has become very popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the URA. In the last couple of years, Urkeegga has also become a popular tourist destination. The mountains here are as popular for skiers in winter as for mountain trips in summer.

The cabin is privately located surrounded by wildlife and has great hiking opportunities in the mountains and the fjord. Only a few minutes to the grocery store and the ferry connection Seivika-Tømmervåg that takes you to Kristiansund. The cabin consists of: Living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and 2 bedrooms. Well-equipped outdoor area and boathouse that can be used.

Here you can relax or be active. Enjoy nature with trips to the mountains in the immediate area, both on skis and on foot. Go out on the lake with kayaks or boat. Cycle on quiet roads. Come home and enjoy the evening with good food on the grill and cozy around the campfire. The hot tub is ready to soften up after today's activity.
