Modern apartment about 2 km from Lom city center. It is idyllically located on a farm with a nice outdoor area. There are many hiking opportunities nearby. Everything from trips right out from the residence and longer trips such as Galdhøpiggen and Besseggen, Jotunheimen, Reinheimen and Breheimen national park with many mountains. For those with skis, there is access to a ski shed with “skiwise” to take care of the skis. There is a garden and lawn around the house and it is easy to walk down to Lom city center. We are a family with children with active children. Some noise must be expected.

Here you will find good conditions for tourist fishing and the possibility of boat rental. Wild sheep roam freely on the farm. You will find a quiet and peaceful atmosphere The farmhouse has been owned by the family for generations. The oldest part is worthy of protection and was built in the early 1700s. The house was renovated in 2021 with electricity and water, but has retained its original style and charm, with slanted floors and low ceilings.

IMPORTANT: There is no electricity or water in the cabin. Generator is available for short use and there is an outhouse in the barn. We cannot guarantee water in the river for bathing. Charming mountain seat/cabin in beautiful surroundings in Nordfjord. Here you get to experience the real Norwegian cabin feeling, travel back in time a bit and have the opportunity to relax. The apartment is fully furnished. Bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms with double beds. The living room has a fireplace, dining room, sofa bed and great views of Lomseggen and Åsjo nature reserve. Very nice starting point for mountain trips and close to three national parks.
