The cabin was built in 2023 and is located in the middle of the Sunnmørsalpene mountains, with hiking and cycling trails right outside the door and the fjords just a short drive away. There is a frisbee golf course and ball-binge nearby, a gondola with a café open in summer on Strandafjellet, and Geiranger, Trollstigen and Valldal are within an hour's drive. In short: a comfortable base for active summer days, whether you want to climb peaks or just slow down with a view of the mountains. And if you come in winter, you can go straight out on your skis.

Perfect starting point for mountain hiking and activities. Panoramic view of the Ottaelv River and the mountains💛Small house from 1939, restored in 2004 as a cabin. All necessary amenities. Welcome to Strandafjellet in the Sunnmørsalpene. Hiking opportunities in the surrounding area all year round. Only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Ålesund. Close to the gondola and alpine facilities. Restaurants in the ski resort within walking distance. Ski in/out from Roalden. The cabin was completed in the summer of 2023. Listed in Sinklaft, with a modern expression. The cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Location on the sunny side with views from all sides.

Compact log cabin, cozy and child-friendly.

Newly decorated log cabin (annex) at the top of Bjorlia. Perfect for a couple of friends or a small family with 2 adults and 1-2 children. At Bjorli there are great hiking areas and opportunities for many activities, among others. in the climbing park, bike trails, etc. Bjoli is one of Norway's most snowy area in winter time. The annex's locations are connected to the ski slopes with ski in ski out. Charging of el. cars are available but will cost extra due to overconsumption.

Apartment under the Sunnmørsalpene!

Welcome to Brunstad, in the middle of the Sunnmørsalps! The apartment is an excellent starting point for mountain trips both on foot in summer/autumn and on skis in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour by car) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts are only 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Cabin

A modern cabin with space for a small family (max 4). Large ceiling height and floor to ceiling windows make this cabin extra airy and nice. Nice hiking opportunities with the Sunnmørsalpene just outside the door. Famous peaks such as Saksa, Urkeegga and Slogen are just a short drive away. You arrive at the cabin with beds made and towels included in the rental price. Unfortunately, fur animals/animals are not allowed in the cabin due to strong allergies in the family.
