All the bedrooms are a good size, so if you want to bring an extra travel bed, there is more than enough space to take off. The house has a calm atmosphere, with pleasant colours. On sunny days you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony at the down side of the house, where you have a view over to the lake bay, leps island and Ellingsøya. Here it also goes past some ship traffic. On the terrace downstairs we have toys for children and trampoline. On the upside of the house we mostly sit when we enjoy the sun a little in the afternoon. Here it is windy, with the possibility of shielding if you want it. There is also access to a shared children's play area. There are also several areas to play for larger kids nearby. Short distance to nice beaches both at Giske and Vigra. Walking distance to bus stop, Eurospar and other cozy shops. It lives here both small, large and four-legged. The house is located between the sea and the forest, with a fantastic view. A quiet and family friendly place with possibilities for forest walks and boat trips. There is plenty of space in the apartment with kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and patio. Possibilities to rent motor boat and kayak. It is good for couples, families and smaller groups. Ample parking for cars and heavier vehicles. The house is located on the inside of Averøya, 1 hour from Molde and 30min from Kristiansund. Averøy Stave Church and the Atlantic Road are a stone's throw away.

Cozy 3 bedroom townhouse 2 km west of the city center. Walking distance to shops, mountains and lakes. Spacious garden with gas grill for bright summer evenings. When renting in weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31, the whole house is available. When renting the rest of the year, rooms in the basement with a sofa bed, toilet room and washing machine are not available. If you need to wash clothes, this can be arranged upon agreement. In the jazz week, it is desirable to rent out the whole week to the same guests. Rest of the year, feel free to book shorter stays.
