Located 5 minutes from J8 M20. Ideal for Leeds Castle. The Kent show ground. 35 mins drive to Eurotunnel & 50 mins to Dover ferry port. 1 hour to London via train. The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

There are bridleways and public footpaths on the doorstep, which are beautiful anytime of the year, being in the heart of the Garden of England. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

The Lookout - Thorpe Bay beach apartments

The Lookout is situated directly on the sea front between Southend on sea and Thorpe bay. We have stunning sea views and our balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Southend pier. The beach is right outside our front door and a 15 min walk along it will take you to Southend sea front, with its many arcades and Adventure island. The 1 bedroom luxury apartment has a king size bed, south facing balcony, full kitchen, stylish wet room, 50" curved tv, free wifi and a log burner.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots.
