Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Riviera Maya

We had the most magical time at ARKAH - we rented the entire resort and were given permission to host our wedding with all of our family here. The space is even more stunning in person than the pictures show, the rooms are all clean and comfortable, and the wildlife was a treat! The grounds are immaculately kept and the staff are very polite. The hosts were very gracious after a mix-up about which rooms we were staying in after we decided to extend our stay with a few family members. Their local recommendations were very helpful. They also put us in contact with Nadia to arrange transportation and we couldn’t have done it without her! The location is very easy to find - ideal if you have a vehicle but taking the Colectivo is super easy as well. We will be returning!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Una buena opción para alojarse, zona tranquila, vigilancia las 24 horas. La comunicación con Nayeli quien te entrega y recibe la casa es muy buena y si tienes alguna duda te contesta los mensajes pronto, te orienta y siempre es amable.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

La casa está muy bien ubicada, la terraza exterior con alberca es el lugar ideal para pasar toda la tarde. Los cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Daniel estuvo en comuniación constante con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Sin duda regresaríamos!

Celebrated 2 birthdays with 6 couples (12 people) and loved our stay. Every couple had their own room and bathroom who co was perfect. All the pictures were accurate but seeing everything in person was even better. The concierge Orlando was great in helping us plan chef meals, transportation and booking excursions. We had massages arranged at the house and 5 meals cooked. Everything was very smooth and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It’s about 10 mins from main Tulum beach strip and about 40 mins to Tulum airport. Check-in and checkout was easy and they were flexible with us which we so appreciated as everyone arrived and departed at different times. We did have minor issue with neighbors playing loud music early morning a couple of the days, but no reflection on our hosts. They did handle quickly which was great. Would definitely book again!

La casa está muy bonita, grande y limpia La atención del anfitrión fué excelente, la alberca grande y bonita. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Hay una tienda 7 eleven y un oxxo muy cerca pero yo recomendaría la renta de un auto para moverse con mayor facilidad , ya que el fraccionamiento se encuentra algo retirado del centro y playas. En conclusión , fué una experiencia muy grata y las próximas vacaciones esperamos volver a reservar en Casa Tucán

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Nancy fue una muy buena anfitriona, estando disponible desde antes de la llegada y dándonos recomendaciones que terminamos utilizando sobre alquiler de auto. El check in es ágil y sencillo. El apartamento es incluso más lindo que en fotos. El wifi funciona perfecto. Recomiendo.

Un viaje increíble! El condominio tiene muchas amenidades y el apartamento de Olivia es muy cómodo, bonito y full equipado. Todo estuvo tal cual las fotos y aún mejor, toallas suficientes y todo impecable. Olivia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y si necesitábamos algo siempre nos respondía en muy poco tiempo. Es muy cerca en carro a los parques de Xcaret. Sin duda volveremos

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Ahi te va : Recomiendo totalmente el lugar. Cuando voy a tulum siempre busco a Liz como host y esta fue una excelente recomendación que me hizo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario y fue perfecto para estar lo suficientemente cerca del barrio mas bonito de Tulum y de la playa en la zona hotelera sin padecer del ruido y el ajetreo. Para transportarme liz me ayudó a rentar un scooter a muy buena tarifa y también hay un sitio de taxis en el hotel mistiq que se encuentra a unas cuadras. Ahi mismo hay dos restaurantes deliciosos que tienen que probar!!! Lo que más me enamoró fue la terraza, subi a comer ahi todos los días y el jacuzzi al atardecer es lo máximo. Los ruidos de construcción fueron mínimos, no fue un problema. Sin duda volveré

Un lugar mágico, esa es la descripción correcta, es cómodo y es privado. Tiene temazcal y los servicios de masajes lo complementa a la perfección. Un cenote super cerca. Las cabañas están de primer nivel, limpieza, orden, espacio. La alberca es el plus, un chapuson y a continuar con las experiencias q te brinda el rancho. Comida y bebida exquisita. Y la anfitriona, es muy amable y esta al pendiente en todo momento, vale por completo lo que se paga y no dudaré en regresar pronto y llevar amigos y familia. Literal es una escapada del exterior con todas las comodidades para disfrutar y descansar.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Both Karen and Antonio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation to and from the Airbnb since we didn’t have a car. We especially enjoyed the private cenote and the proximity to many other cenotes along the main road. Overall an amazing experience, we are so happy to have stayed there!

We had a great stay. Na house is a great basecamp to explore Tulum. I loved the style of the cabin. Even though there are four cabins next to each other in the property, it still feels private. Construction is a reality everywhere in Tulum, so there's no escaping it. I would only note directions could have been much more precise.

Leo and Brenda were amazing hosts! They truly went over and above to make our stay incredible. Fran’s meals were delicious and Juan and Dalia were super helpful. We pretty much agree with all the other amazing reviews. The road is difficult. We made a point to reserve and confirm an SUV through EasyWay rental car but when we arrived late at night they only had a passenger car that made our trip much more challenging. 100% not an issue with this amazing Airbnb but do yourself a favor and if you are renting a car, triple confirm that is is an SUV. I don't think you will need 4x4 or AWD but you will need the ground clearance of an SUV or similar. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

Maria's place was perfect for me. Quiet, beautiful, and within 25 to 30 minutes drive to any spot on the island. A/C, cable TV, WiFi, all great. I'd stay here again. Marie greeted me when I arrived, and responded immediately when I wrote her.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, la zona está muy apartada de puerto morelos y algo complicado de llegar. Aunque tuvimos que cancelar la reserva por un problema de mantenimiento en el lugar, el anfitrión entendió la situación sin problema.
