Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

I like the location of the place, there are supermarkets nearby, it is close to Parque el Jaguar and it is near the Av Prinicipal to tour and look for places of interest.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

The apartment's location was super central, for the ADO central and the hotel area, there were supermarkets (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, Costco) about 20 minutes away on foot. As for the apartment, it was clean and cool on arrival, since they had turned on the air conditioning in the master bedroom, which works very well to cool the apartment. Gaby, who was our host, was attentive to everything, and answered our questions super fast. In short, we had an excellent stay 10/10

This apartment is in an ideal location!! Truly a 4-5 minute stroll to reach 5th Ave and only a few more to reach the beach. Grocery stores only a 2-3 minute walk the opposite direction. The apartment building has a representative at the front desk 24 hours to offer assistance and Pablo was extremely quick to respond when ever we had a question. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay (we were there 5 weeks).

Had a great overnight stay at Martha’s place. Clean, comfortable and secure

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Ok, as far as the descrition of the place I feel like it could have been a little more detailed. Maybe it was just my perception of the convo etc. But let me tell YOU. It was WAY better than what I thought it was gonna be. We had this HUGE home on the property that was immaculate, comfortable and private. So, there is a pool outside of this villa, it is wonderful. It's not too big but big enough to escape the humidity. There may be kids yelling in it in the am, which you could hear from the living room etc, but who cares really. This place is a small compund really with many other condos but it didn't feel overcrowded or anything like that. Theres a restaurant and bar right on the beach too! There is 24H concierge, hello.... so helpful. They got our grocieries ready for us upon arrival and even helped with 2 huge boxes of tequila we had sent there to suprise our friends. Check in was easy as well, no issues. It is right in the heart of the town... walk to everything!!! Loved it!

The space is everything that you would want and need for a long term stay. I stayed for a little over a month and felt like I had a home away from home. The space is very clean and spacious and the amenities are great! The staff members are so kind and attentive and the premises are always super clean. Lastly, the pool is fabulous!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice and quiet! There’s a wonderful coffee shop in walking distance and a quick walk to main road to catch a cab. Lovely place and decor is beautiful. Loved our stay. Sergio was very responsive and friendly.

The accommodation is very nice, beautiful, with all the amenities they offer in the advertisement. Brenda was always attentive to answer my questions, to help me with access to the apartment, the beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean. I really recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Daniella’s place. A nice location, away from 5th avenue but quite a quick drive to get there. She is very attentive with whatever you need. Very comfy, the rooftop pool is beautiful with the sunset. (I wish the pool was on the sunset side) 😬 They have a small gym which is convenient. The only downside is the walls are quite thin so we could hear from the hallway and across the hall. Other than that. It a perfect stay for us for a month. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was great—clean and a little bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The location was great too, and renting the bike made it easy to get around—about a 10-minute ride to the downtown square. Sarah, the host, was really helpful and gave a bunch of good food and activity recs, which made the trip smoother. Overall, it just felt like a good setup—comfortable and easy. The accommodation has all the amenities for an incredible stay, the beds are super comfortable and it has everything you need to cook (microwave, oven, air fryer, blender, etc.) I really felt at home, the location is not an impediment to enjoy all the attractions of Tulum, it is true that it is a little far from the center but if you have a car the place is ideal to rest. My family and I were delighted, if we have the opportunity we would stay in this place again.

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

This accommodation is excellent if you want to go to Zamna, it is literally a 15-minute walk away. The host is very friendly, helped us with recommendations and always answered immediately. The apartment is very clean too. It is not far from downtown but transportation is complicated, the vans that take you there take a long time and at the nearby stop they are very crowded. Although if you have a car, everything is fine.

Yazmin and Diego were super great hosts. The location is really great, a minute to Wallmart, bus station to the hotel zone, pizza hut, dominos, etc. Everything you need. We felt at home, got great tips from Diego all over Mexico and Cancún and the area was quiet and relaxed. We would stay here again.

I found the apartment comfortable, with good facilities (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) and spacious enough. The location is very good, the building is a few meters from Av. Cobá, which is the road that goes down to Jaguar Park (the access is 2.5km from the building), across the street is Chedraui, which is practical for the stay, in addition to having restaurants nearby.
