Beach house holiday rentals in Riviera Maya

This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

The house is spotless, just as seen in the photos. The common areas of the club house, gym and pool also incredible. There are constructions around the house being a new development, but nothing that would interfere with our stay. Alex's attention was very good, always attentive. The beach club they give you very good access also, I recommend having a car to get there since it is not so close to the house. Definitely a property I would go back to.

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

This house was perfect for our family. We had 13 people, including 2 children, 1 toddler and 2 babies. Very comfortable with room to spread out. With the large patio with pool, direct access to the beach, and close proximity to the calm ocean, most our time was spent outside. The kids were out from sun-up to sun-down. The house was clean and supplied with everything we needed, included beach and water toys. It is a gated community with very friendly guards. We never felt un-safe walking around. Daniel is an excellent host. He was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. We had an issue with the washing machine, but he had it fixed within a couple of hours. I would definitely stay at one of his places again.

Sylvia and her family were amazing hosts. They were attentive to our needs, and showed ip to the home regularly to assist in cleaning, trash removal and everything in between. The home is located in one of the most pristine areas of the island, offering wide open views of the ocean which isn’t the easiest to find. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Dream house with a private beach. Diego was responsive to all our needs even gong above and beyond with thoughtful touches like offering to bring us groceries. Really appreciated Maria’s help with cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing and all other chores around the house. Also appreciated having a full time guard. Made us feel safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful time on a private and secluded area.

Absolutely spectacular. Traveling with two couples and two teenagers and we had plenty of space to spread out. Lots of privacy and tons of lounging opportunities. The beach was fantastic, there’s so much outdoor space in sun and shade. We had all the doors open for fresh air and waves crashing. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful for cooking. The little plunge pool was pristine and refreshing and a perfect size. I truly cannot say enough good stuff about this home. It was the most luxurious vacation. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. Our favorite food was definitely in the Puebla but the beach bar two minutes away was perfect spot to start the night. Be sure to bring water shoes because it will make snorkeling off the front porch more comfortable. The hosts helped us arrange transportation and airport transfers and were available for any questions we had. An incredible week we did not want to end! Thank you!

Carolina was there to meet us upon arrival and was quick to respond to our text questions. The place is in an ideal location, especially if you like to snorkel. There are a couple very good restaurants within walking distance, do not skip the key lime pie factory for a take home pie (excellent). Town is a short taxi ride away. Carolina lined up a chef for us for a few of the days we were there, they did a wonderful job. As always, when you are having a good time in a great place, time goes by too quickly. I will return!

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

if you you are looking for a a spacious ocean front property this may be the place for you. Inside the home it has everything you could possibly need with a beautiful view. Beach area is low traffic and peaceful. The daily cleaning both inside and outside was refreshing as it can get quite sandy and keeps things looking fresh. There are a few restaurants nearby if you're looking for Mexico's authenticity. If you're looking for variety of food you will have to venture out a bit. as for activities there are sea turtles, ruins & cenotes nearby..if you're looking for night life stay in Playa or Cancun. Only negative is going to be the rocky beach. we knew this so it's less of a complaint & more of a warning, you must wear water shoes & still must be careful because there large rocks to navigate when entering the water. Some spots are better if you walk further down beach. water is clear & warm. Take the kayaks out, we saw a whale! Been to Mexico over a dozen times. Will stay here again

The pictures show being on the beach. It is on the other side of the HWY but with access to the house golf cart itwas super nice and easy access to get to Kay Beach. Absolutely loved playing the golf course. Hands down best course in Mexico. Would be a place I would bring my family and enjoy peace in the jungle. If you stay here make sure you have a vehicle. Finding a cab in the area is impossible. We went to Tulum one day and got a couple cab drivers numbers and we were able to call them. It is about $50 to Tulum and late nights $100-$150 back. Only thing I didn’t like was the beds were pretty hard.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

it was a pleasant experience you have many amenities a lot of privacy nadien annoys you. of coming back I will come back to look for this house. the excellent security. the excellent maintenance people let us in 1 hour before very friendly.. they answer your messages fast.. in this house pass one of my best vacations the pools completely clean. all around you shops restaurants .

We stayed here as a family reunion - three kids (6,4,1) and four adults. It was excellent! Felt very safe since it's inside the resort but you could walk around and with paying for passes at Casa Club, you could easily access the resorts (our favorite was Tulum because of the water park for kids plus beach). We loved the ability to jump between doing a resort day and all of the other amazing activities around like Xel Ha, Aktun Chen, the gorgeous Kay Beach resort etc. The best was for all us to be able to all stay in the same house, hang out in the living room. Host was very communicative. The instructions need updating, as I don't believe there is an actual key anymore, only the keypad. But we figured it out pretty easily and everything worked perfectly. Enjoy!!

Casa Sora was such an amazing house! We had a wonderful time with the entire place. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is large. The backyard is fantastic with the BBQ area and the pool. The deck on the top is fantastic. Even each of the bedrooms were great! I highly recommend staying here and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We had a fantastic time. Victor was always very responsive and even got us in a bit early. Thank you!!

Lisa's home is a perfect location on the island. We wanted a peaceful, beautiful, private place on the ocean and this is it! The location is right in the middle of the island far enough away from the busy north but only a short ride to it on a golf cart or you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also a bus you can ride as well. The beach is rocky but you can still walk along it to a small half-moon-shaped beach only a few houses down. We took morning and evening walks. It was wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a blender for morning smoothies and a frozen cocktail in the evening. We rented a golf cart which can be pricy but it gave us the freedom to tour the whole island, head into town for dinner, shop and find spots to snorkel. The home is a bit pricier than other places but worth it. I highly recommend Lisa's home!

Patricia’s house is great. We spent 8 nights at this property. We have 2 toddlers and 1 baby. We spent a lot of time at swimming pools, kids loved it! The kids also enjoyed exploring the courtyard and the rooftops. The beautiful beach is just 5 minutes away. Patricia is great to communicate with and gave a lot detailed information and suggestions for the restaurants and attractions. Ruth and Rafa are very sweet. They kept the house,the ground,and the pools clean. We would definitely love to stay here again. One of the toilets water tank malfunctioned. Patricia contacted house manager for the issue. It did take more than we expected. I understand Ruth and Rafa probably had other properties they need to take care of. But when they came, they got it fixed quickly.

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

The host was so helpful and was available to answer all of our questions. This was out first time visiting and we were lost trying to get to the ferry. We contacted the host and were were sent a link to a map. Also the host was overall very helpful. I recommend this place 100%. The house itself is beautiful and has a lot of space. My family enjoyed it very much.

5 ⭐️! Best Airbnb we’ve rented. The house was even more amazing than the photos, beautifully designed. Dora was SO helpful and responsive - organizing drivers, chefs,private cenote etc. Breakfast was a highlight each morning with Charlie and dinner was amazing with Pablo. Highly recommend hiring both chefs for your stay! The gardeners tried their best to clear the seaweed in front while keeping the pool and property immaculate. We were 7 adults, 5 y/o and 5 month old and the house was perfect - ensuites in each room! Can’t recommend Villa Karina enough!

We had the best week at this place. I highly recommend. The hosts were so helpful prior to the trip, answering all our questions, giving us recommendations and were super communicative. The house was so comfortable. The pool was a huge plus. When my kids got sunburned it was a great way for them to still be in the pool and out of the sun. We enjoyed the top level a lot, great views. When we return we will definitely be staying here. Worth the price and great location. If you want an AMAZING place to eat, Sereno was fabulous well worth it in the views and food, and about a 6 minute walk. I definitely recommend them. Also across the street it the Blue restaurant and they have good breakfast and dinner with great views.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Rancho San Eric. The Casita was comfortable and located a few steps from the beautiful south Tulum beach. We like peace, quiet and privacy and we got it! No loud "boom boom". Just the sound of the the ocean breeze. We are planning our next visit already :) This is a very special location and the property was extremely well run with an eye for detail. Thank you Stefan and Hui!

Pros - absolutely stunning. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in with a basically private picture perfect beach. The house is stunning as well, even better than photos. The host answered all questions immediately, and months before we even stayed. They helped us book a private chef, helped us book taxis, gave us a concierge to guide us to the home everyday, and was extremely responsive the entire time. WiFi works great. Rooms are air conditioned. Many towels provided. Cons - the place is quite removed and hard to get to. Not many restaurants near by. Might be best to rent a car ! Or book the private chef for all meals everyday (amazing food). Does take 5-10min from the main road to the house Will 100% stay again!
