Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Riviera Maya

We had the most magical time at ARKAH - we rented the entire resort and were given permission to host our wedding with all of our family here. The space is even more stunning in person than the pictures show, the rooms are all clean and comfortable, and the wildlife was a treat! The grounds are immaculately kept and the staff are very polite. The hosts were very gracious after a mix-up about which rooms we were staying in after we decided to extend our stay with a few family members. Their local recommendations were very helpful. They also put us in contact with Nadia to arrange transportation and we couldn’t have done it without her! The location is very easy to find - ideal if you have a vehicle but taking the Colectivo is super easy as well. We will be returning!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

A good option to stay, quiet area, 24 hour security. The communication with Nayeli who gives you and receives the house is very good and if you have any questions, he answers the messages soon, orients you and is always friendly.

Beautiful stay! Very comfortable for our family of 4!! So nice to have beach gear (chairs, beach blanket, snorkels/fins/masks/small umbrella) and household basics provided (tp, dish soap, drinking water, shower soaps, napkins, cooking oils and spices, and ground coffee). We enjoyed the back yard space a bunch. Loved the coffee shop treats in the Am. It's a lovely comfortable spot.

The air bnb was great, Daniel was always in communication and flexible with our check-in and check-out. Cannot recommend enough.

Celebrated 2 birthdays with 6 couples (12 people) and loved our stay. Every couple had their own room and bathroom who co was perfect. All the pictures were accurate but seeing everything in person was even better. The concierge Orlando was great in helping us plan chef meals, transportation and booking excursions. We had massages arranged at the house and 5 meals cooked. Everything was very smooth and they were so accommodating. The beds were comfortable. And house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It’s about 10 mins from main Tulum beach strip and about 40 mins to Tulum airport. Check-in and checkout was easy and they were flexible with us which we so appreciated as everyone arrived and departed at different times. We did have minor issue with neighbors playing loud music early morning a couple of the days, but no reflection on our hosts. They did handle quickly which was great. Would definitely book again!

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Nancy was a very good host, being available from before arrival and giving us recommendations that we ended up using about car rental. Check-in is agile and simple. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos. The wifi works perfect. I recommend it.

An incredible trip! The condominium has many amenities and Olivia's apartment is very comfortable, beautiful and full equipped. Everything was just like the photos and even better, enough towels and everything was spotless. Olivia was very attentive to us the whole time and if we needed anything she always responded to us in a very short time. It is very close by car to the parks of Xcaret. We will definitely be back

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

Ahi te va : I highly recommend the place. When I go to tulum I always look for Liz as a host and this was an excellent recommendation he made to me. The apartment has everything you need and was perfect to be close enough to the most beautiful neighborhood of Tulum and the beach in the hotel area without the noise and hustle and bustle. To transport me liz helped me to rent a scooter at a very good rate and there is also a taxi site in the hotel mistiq that is a few blocks away. There are two delicious restaurants that have to try!!! What I loved the most was the terrace, I went up to eat there every day and the jacuzzi at sunset is the maximum. The construction noises were minimal, it was not a problem. Will definitely be back

A magical place, that's the right description, it's comfortable, and private. It has temazcal and massage services complement it perfectly. A very close cenote. The cabins are top notch, cleanliness, order, space. The pool is the plus, a chapuson and continuing with the experiences that the ranch offers you. Exquisite food and drink. And the hostess is very friendly and is attentive at all times, it is completely worth what is paid for and I will not hesitate to return soon and bring friends and family. Literal is a getaway from the outside with every comfort to enjoy and rest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! Both Karen and Antonio were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation to and from the Airbnb since we didn’t have a car. We especially enjoyed the private cenote and the proximity to many other cenotes along the main road. Overall an amazing experience, we are so happy to have stayed there!

We had a great stay. Na house is a great basecamp to explore Tulum. I loved the style of the cabin. Even though there are four cabins next to each other in the property, it still feels private. Construction is a reality everywhere in Tulum, so there's no escaping it. I would only note directions could have been much more precise.

Leo and Brenda were amazing hosts! They truly went over and above to make our stay incredible. Fran’s meals were delicious and Juan and Dalia were super helpful. We pretty much agree with all the other amazing reviews. The road is difficult. We made a point to reserve and confirm an SUV through EasyWay rental car but when we arrived late at night they only had a passenger car that made our trip much more challenging. 100% not an issue with this amazing Airbnb but do yourself a favor and if you are renting a car, triple confirm that is is an SUV. I don't think you will need 4x4 or AWD but you will need the ground clearance of an SUV or similar. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay here! It’s very close to the Coba ruins, tulum ruins and the beaches. The house is big and cosy and is located in a quiet area, which we loved. Would come back if we’re around tulum. Thank you Hiram for the warm welcome!

Maria's place was perfect for me. Quiet, beautiful, and within 25 to 30 minutes drive to any spot on the island. A/C, cable TV, WiFi, all great. I'd stay here again. Marie greeted me when I arrived, and responded immediately when I wrote her.

Beautiful quiet place. Exactly as in pictures. Christiam was amazing, always answering all our questions and accommodating all our requests. He even helped us with finding transportation from the airport. We'll definitely go back next year.
