Holiday rentals with a balcony in Riviera Maya

Clean, quiet, comfortable & secure. Terrific location, close to grocery stores, 5th Ave, beach. Great rooftop. WiFi great, Roku TV was great when I figured it out. We had (unusual) lots of rain in my week, so TV was welcomed. Kitchenware a bit dated & limited. In my 20+ trips to Playa, one of the better places I've stayed. Would stay again!! Friends who visited are looking at a winter long stay next year and would love to be in this building. Thanks Ezequiel!

place super located, quick attention. just clarify that there is no very important parking because that's why we left with you for the parking and they don't have the other super!

The location is excellent, offering both convenience and safety. Situated in a desirable area, we felt comfortable exploring the surroundings without any concerns. WiFi connection is reliable. Matteo is very responsive. The roof is nice and easy to access with a beautiful pool and charcoal bbq. However, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, and the hot water was not consistent. Also while the furnishings were functional, they did not entirely match the listing photos. Despite these issues, I would still rate this property with a solid 5 stars, as I believe it offers good value for the price.

Our stay at Ki Tulum exceeded all our expectations! Our host was kind and responsive, and the apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, well- equipped, and in an excellent safe location. And the rooftop pool and space was one of our favorite things and we spent a lot of time up there. If you are planning a trip to Tulum, you will not be disappointed in this space. Aldea Zama is the place to be! We’ll be back!

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

Host was great, they recommend a travel service from the airport which was far cheaper than other options.

Dans place was very nice. We were a family of 6 and plenty of space. The pool and the beach were wonderful! We had the pool to ourselves most days. The staff were very friendly. We were very close to the hotel district with all the restaurants, but didn’t have to deal with any of the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed in around a hundred Airbnbs, and this is truly my favorite one yet. We stayed for about 9 days in July, and loved every minute of our time in the home. There are windows absolutely everywhere, so the home is bright and sunny and the beautiful garden and flowers surrounding the pool are on full display. I loved how we could see the pool from the bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room, allowing us to keep an eye on the kids. The daily cleaning was the most incredible benefit. Every day while we were out, our beds were made, floors cleaned, everything. It felt so luxe. Also, the kid’s room being up the spiral stairs was so fun - like a castle tower. The home had everything we needed, was absurdly close (6 min?) to Xel-Ha - our favorite activity, and only 15/20 minutes from Tulum, Zacil-Ha Cenote and Cenote Calavera, which our kids loved. Very close to Xpu-Ha beach, too. The neighborhood felt very safe and after driving through other areas, we were glad we chose Akumal!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

Absolutely stunning home and wonderful location. We didn’t feel the need to pack in a large itinerary because we could enjoy the home, pool, cabana, and beach all just steps away from each other. Add to that the convenience of walking to downtown and it’s a place for a priceless vacation. Orane and Cecilia were so responsive and helpful as well.

Myself and 2 sons (25 & 29) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We greatly appreciating each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary things for cooking and having meals. The location was great for accessing all the various thing to do in the Akumal-Tulum area. Lisa was very responsive to our needs and helpful with recommendations. I would highly recommend this place. I will say the walk along the beach to Akumal Bay is about 15-20 minutes. I would not recommend walking along the beach into town a night due to the potential unsafe nature. Again, a great time by all.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! We had a wonderful few days staying in the exclusive apartment in the tower of Peninsula. On the way home from Cancun after three months in Mexico, this was the perfect stay for us. We would book this apartment again at any time.

This place was perfect for a month in the sun. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was right by the pool and a very drive to the beach within the gated complex. It was also a short drive to a new supermarket and also quite close to the restaurant area at Caille 38 and 5th ave. We had no trouble contacting the hosts' representative for information and help with ordering water. The weekly cleaning service was also a nice surprise.

When my friends and I walked in, a few of us said, this was the best airbnb we'd ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious for our group of 8. Rooms were clean, lots of space to lay out belongings. Air conditioning was nice and cold once it reached temp. The master bathroom alone was an experience with its double rainfall showerheads. The rooftop access felt very unique and private, overlooking the city with quiet residents on one side and the parties from downtown. We wish we had more time to make use of the grill and pool. We made a 10 minute walk to a grocery store for drinks and snacks. Any time we were hungry, several great choices were within walking distance. We had come for my bachelor party and plenty of places and activities were straight down the street. Cannot emphasize enough how central this rental was. Communication with the property manager was also great, he was very helpful with recommendations and letting us extend our check out time.

Our stay at casa Mystique was AWESOME! For starters, I really appreciated that the condo looked exactly as what was portrayed in the photos and everything was tidy and clean. But there’s more .. Ann was super attentive from the moment we made our booking and all throughout out stay. From arranging transport from Cancun airport to the hotel, to providing fantastic restaurant recommendations to connecting us with surfing/paddle board lessons to everything in between…she was incredibly helpful and responsive! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay — including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The condo is also in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach/5th avenue, etc. We can’t say enough good things and are certainly looking forward to returning to Playa and spending more time at Casa Mystique!!

this is one of my absolute favorite airbnbs EVER, and I've stayed in a lot of places. this is a gem of a space. the condo itself is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, accurate or if anything even nicer than the photos and description, the views are spectacular, the hosts are easy to communicate with and very attentive and quick to respond with great local suggestions. having the all inclusive option is an awesome option. the beach is stunning. I highly recommend this airbnb. we had a memorable, wonderful stay ✨️ and will gladly return :)
