After a hiccup with the right set of keys/fobs to get in and out of the garage everything went smoothly and it’s a lovely apartment with comfortable beds and pillows, and great showers. Perfect location bring so close to the city centre and West Hoe/ the fun harbour are!

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

A beautiful apartment in the most perfect location for cycling the Devon Coast to Coast. Julie and John were great hosts, and have created a gem in Okehampton. The breakfast that was provided (which is a huge bonus in the first place!) was more than we could have expected, and perfect as we were on our bikes. Really comfy bed and amazing to have the bike store with pump/bike stand if you need to do any maintenance. They’ve thought of everything and we hope to stay again to be able to explore Dartmoor in sunnier times. It was still beautiful in torrential rain. Highly recommend :-) thanks Julie and John :-)

The whole stay was stress free including taking a 10month old puppy with us. Access to Dartmoor almost immediate which is what we wanted. Going anywhere was within easy reach, friendly, clean well fitted out came and went as we pleased. Whole experience enjoyable, will go again before too long.

Damian was very friendly and helpful especially when it came down to finding the parking. Very easy to talk to when it came to checking in/out. Highly recommend this place and could have stayed longer!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

We had a wonderful week staying at The Courtyard, beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable upstairs lounge with two balconies to make the most of the views. Plus a lovely courtyard filled with gorgeous greenery making it feel very tropical (and lots inside too). The bed is probably the most comfortable we have slept in! Stoke Fleming is a lovely village with access to the SW coastal path in both directions – the walk to Dartmouth is a must (and get the bus back!) Lots of places to visit in the surrounding area too. Jill’s communication is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Courtyard 😊we most certainly hope to return!

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

My parents (and dogs) had the most amazing stay. Chris made them feel very welcome, was super helpful and an all round amazing host and they couldn’t recommend their stay enough. The property was lovely and homely, great location to the local village and very good public transport that was close by. Thanks again. 😃

Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

Incredible experience...great place, very comfortable and has everything you need. The location truly is fabulous and you can hear the sea as you sleep, so relaxing. Beautiful place to stay, i can't fault it really, came for my birthday and it was a day to remember!

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was bright and spacious for our party of 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was brilliant and really added to our stay. Having 2 rooms which were en suite and a third separate toilet/shower room was very convenient. We were sad to leave and would love to return in the future.

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

We had a fantastic stay in Maenporth over May half term. The views were even more spectacular than the pictures. We saw dolphins in the bay one evening and spent hours with the binoculars looking at the coastline. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning with all the flowers and birds. A short walk down the hill to the gorgeous beach below, meant there was always plenty to do, but it never felt too busy. Melanie was very responsive and helpful when we needed her. Overall a great holiday. Thank You

We booked this stay last minute and we were happy to find such a nice place. It's 15 minutes walk from railway station. Easy check in with clear instructions. Place was clean and well maintained. They have provided necessary equipments in kitchen and useful things for baby such as high chair and cot. Toys for baby were really nice touch. Also, it had a great view from balcony. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this place.

An amazing place to stay in a perfect location. The flat was in immaculate condition and the parking space is worth its weight in gold. If you don’t fancy cooking you are next to two good hotel restaurants. Salcombe town is only a thirty minute walk or take it easy on the ferry straight into town. I highly recommend staying here.
