Very nice cottage in a quiet residence. Perfectly maintained, comfortable and very well equipped, the accommodation has a small flowery and discreet terrace, as well as a very nice Jacuzzi. Frédéric and Sylvie, very discreet, are always available and attentive, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We loved it.

Very pleasant stay, peaceful place ideally located near the port and shops. Perfectly equipped apartment, everything is very well thought out, nothing is missing. And the little extra with wellness care. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Very nice property with a large garden within the walls in the city of ST MARTIN The hosts are very friendly and communication is ideal. Located in a closed area so away from traffic which is very nice for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides in addition to being the city with the FLEET which is the most lively out of season in summary: perfect stay, time stood still Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

Very nice stay on the island of Oleron at Sonia's. The accommodation is very cozy close to the beach and allows you to enjoy the island in peace. It has everything you need for cooking and we were able to enjoy the terrace. A real joy. Sonia was very hospitable. We enjoyed the little ones upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back. A real relaxing moment in a beautiful setting.

We had a pleasant stay the house is very well equipped if you have a toddler there is everything you need and the kitchen is very complete we can really cook. the accommodation is right next to a small square with all amenities. We loved the island of Re and had a pleasant stay.

This is the third time we have come to Tracy and Bénédicte and we still feel as good there. Everything is perfect: clean accommodation, well decorated, well located in a peaceful area that corresponds in every way to the description of the listing. Hosts are proactive in providing all the information to facilitate check-in at the listing and are very responsive in answering our questions. We'll be happy to go back again!!

The place was clean when we arrived. We did not lack anything during our stay. The small plus, the cleaning and the sheets included in the rental as well as the location. In addition, Bruno is very responsive when needed, so it's very easy.

Guillaume and Magali are very welcoming hosts and contact is very easy. The house fully matches the description and was very clean. Close to the sea (about 20 min walk) and in a peaceful village. We were 5 adults and had a lovely stay on Ile d 'Oléron 😊

We had a great time thanks to Patricia and Joel's absolutely exceptional cottage…! We had 3 children under 5 and everything was suitable and made for them: games for each of their ages, books, a small desk to be able to draw and tinker, board games, puzzle. But above all the garden was beautiful and also did not lack activities for children with the treehouse, trampoline and swings... The bikes left at our disposal were a real luxury, and allowed us to discover all the surrounding paths! The kids (and parents too!!) were particularly touched by their little surprise/checkout gift! Another huge thank you for these small touches, for your discretion and kindness. We treasure the address and recommend 200%!

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

Ideal apartment for a week of relaxation in Sainte-Marie. Clean, very pleasant accommodation and an available and accommodating host in case of an early check-in and late checkout. Only slight downside: access to the swimming pool via an adjacent street that can be avoided by renting the ground floor apartment.

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Great welcome, charming studio, very bright and really very well positioned with views of the beach, the sea, the casino . Many shops nearby, no need for the car. As described. Would come back without hesitation and would recommend...
