Peaceful haven in the Pinède while being close to shops and beaches. Cottage of about 50 m2, completely renovated and very well-equipped. It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 and the large bedroom has 1 bed of 140. All with an enclosed and private garden among the pines. Unpack your bags and enjoy the serenity of the place.

Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.

The house is in an uncrowded area even high season. We have strengthened hygiene , we use suitable products and we expect departures and arrivals.
