Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

LaClé des Champs is a very nice house with all the comforts, completely renovated in April 2021. Everything is new, for 4 people in a very quiet hamlet, direct view of the Châteliers Abbey, the sea is less than 100 m away, small sea view from the house. You will have 2 bedrooms to rest in, 1 with a 160 bed and the 2nd with 2 80 beds that can be brought together to make a 160. Large shower room with Velux, toilet, fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with green space and private petanque court.

The house is located in a very quiet area, a short walk from the ocean (500 m) and shops. It faces south/southwest, with a terrace that is not overlooked. The garden overlooks the vineyard. Parking is free and bike lanes are nearby. A thorough cleaning is provided for each rotation and included in the price. However, I will ask you to do a reasonable cleaning of the house before you leave.
