We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

The house is an ornate jewel in the middle of the historic old town of Unkel and newly built part of a building ensemble from 1925. It is less than 100 m to the picturesque banks of the Rhine Unkel and at the same time captivates with breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants , cafes and shopping.

My grandmother and my mother ran a pension for a long time, so I grew up with guests. I took over my parents' house in 2012 with my partner and have now set up a new apartment that is accessible from the courtyard, shielded from the noise of the trains, and is therefore also well suited for disabled people.
