This sunlit former mine nestles against the rock like a swallow’s nest, directly below Burg Gutenfels and along the Rheinsteig trail - far from train and traffic noise. Enjoy the shaded terrace beneath the vine arbor and the herb garden. From your secluded sun meadow, you overlook the Rhine, passing ships, and the historic Pfalzgrafenstein castle.

We warmly welcome you to Buch, to our new, comfortable, and self-contained apartment, with beautiful outdoor seating and a garden. With the patio door open, you can enjoy sun, light and nature. In the cold season, underfloor heating and oak floorboards ensure comfort. Your bathroom is directly connected to the living room. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

🏡 In our wooden barrel you will spend cozy hours overlooking chickens, cattle and the castle! "Cozy, cozy, totally great, it smells good of wood, like in a boat cabin," how our guests describe the extraordinary experience in the barrel. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people: in the back there are two flat sleeping places (180x200cm and 240x200cm). 🛀 Bathroom with shower in the annex. Bed linen and towels included. Vacation room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Gelbachtal

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

The floating kitchenette, an outdoor bathroom, a comprehensive library and many hidden details ensure a pleasant stay.

As an interior designer, I designed this 96-square-metre holiday apartment as a place full of character and personality. Far from short-lived trends and mass-produced goods, our accommodation stands for longevity, individuality and thoughtful upcycling. To show that a new design doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. Use your stay for a creative break, unwind while hiking in nature, and take a bit of inspiration home with you.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our approx. 50 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with pull-out day bed (80 cm or 160 cm x 200 cm) of couch and satelite watching. A kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, convection stove and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Distance to Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Middle Rhine/Loreley 16km.
