Der Kölner HBF/ die Kölner Messe sind mit dem Zug in 30 min zu erreichen. Die U76 nach Düsseldorf/Krefeld ist 1,3km entfernt. My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden.
