Recently renovated 50-square-metre attic apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 motorways can be reached in just a few minutes. S-Bahn (suburban train) towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & airport (approx. 40 mins), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental Industrial Estate is 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

By car in about 15 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, About 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Look forward to your own newly built bathroom in 2022 to end a stressful day.
