I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The mattress is 140 metres wide. There is therefore plenty of room for 2 people. A possible 3rd person/children on the sofa

Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

(during office hours by my employee from time to time, and i use the washing machine from time to time) Shared Washing Machine and Dryer in the basement. All trams, trains and buses within walking distance, nearest tram 50m = 27 seconds ;-) Car park on the street for 4 Euros per day around 700m away.
