I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

A perfect weekend away in a beautiful cottage like bungalow. Nick was extremely accommodating and flexible with our check in and checkouts. Him and his wife were friendly and great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with some essentials and even had a little welcome basket ready for us so we could make some breakfast. The space was perfect and relaxing.

Great place with peaceful surroundings and good accommodation. The hot tub and patio area combined with fine sunny weather, a magnificent sunrise with great views made the stay more enjoyable and to some extent justified what felt like a slightly over priced stay. The accommodation is well laid out with everything you need for a short stay. More crockery would be useful, especially cups/mugs. We felt welcome, it is especially pet friendly and had a bonus of being visited by a gorgeous golden retriever who was very friendly and appreciated an ear rub. We would use the accommodation again, the host was very communicative and helpful.

My employees stayed at LGW's property as a home away from home for a work trip. LGW was helpful and friendly, always proactive with responses and very accommodating. Calley went above and beyond to make her home beautiful and clean but was very surprised at the attention to detail with the tastefully prepared Christmas decorations and cooking ingredients in the pantry. Her home felt very homely and really gave my family a perfect Christmas away. We are all very well rested and I will highly recommend her home to any family who would appreciate a home away from home. 10/10 thanks Calley for letting us stay at your lovely home, we hope to be back in the near future.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Ricky and Marilyn were exemplary hosts from greeting us on arrival to showing us around their beuatiful garden, including their chickens. We found the location to be very convienent. We used the cottage as a base for exploring gardens in the vicinity. Easy distance from RHS Wisley, Great Dixter and Wakehurst. We also used it as a base from where to spend two days at Knepp rewilding estate. (We never did get to High Beeches Gardens which was just next door as it was always closed when we were thinking of going). The cottage, with cosy welcoming kitchen, was delightful, and met our needs, and the cottage's garden was a delightful place to while away an evening with a glass or two of wine. All in all a perfect week.

Nina was an incredibly thoughtful host, making sure the refrigerator was well-stocked with essentials, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The check-out process was refreshingly simple and straightforward, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our last moments there. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations – it’s a beautiful, comfortable space in a wonderful area. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Surrey!

The property is central with restaurants, pubs, shops and the riverside on your doorstep. We had a girls weekend in Guildford and it was a perfect location to stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Poppy is an outstanding host and will look after your every need.

Our stay was great! Linda has furnished the accommodation very lovingly and made our stay a great experience. The connection to London is also great. Tip: Use Otford train station (about 10 minutes by car). The car can be safely parked there for £4/day. In about 40 minutes you are in the middle of London.
