Self-contained stable retreat

Set in a traditional equestrian yard, this self-contained purpose-built barn, is set on a farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to explore and get in touch with nature . The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.

Check-in anytime after 3pm. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. Four poster bed, en suite shower, kitchenette area with basic facilities (microwave, fridge, mini oven). Iron/ironing board, wardrobe, drawers, laptop table, electric heating, fan. Good wi-fi. Decking area. BBQ equipment.

Situated close to Effingham Park, the cabin is in a private residence on a private residential estate surrounded by woodland. This detached, self contained Annexe is a stand alone cabin adjacent to our Cottage. There is a secure private entrance & ample parking. There are local Pubs/restaurants and other amenities nearby.
