Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. The Old Dairy - period cottage in unique location

A one bedroom period cottage in rural location overlooking garden and fields set in a small 17th century hamlet. Totally self-contained, The Old Dairy was originally used by nearby Byfleet Manor, which many people will recognize as a location used in Downton Abbey, as the milking parlour. The Old Dairy is a single storey property approached via gravelled driveway and path with ample parking surrounded by peaceful gardens. There is an EV charging point for small additional charge.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!
