Newly renovated smaller cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed, respectively. Stunning surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich bird life. 3 km to the sea. Endless bike paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Charming cross-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

Relax with the big family in this peaceful home in Brösarps Backar dating back to the 19th century. Here, great consideration has been given to the soul of the building with its charm preserved but updated to a modern standard. Enjoy Verkeåns magnificent nature reserve with several hiking trails and Verkeåns valley directly around the corner and Haväng's iconic sandy beach just 3 km away. From here you can easily reach all of Österlen's gems and Brösarp and Kivik with shops and restaurants is only a few km drive away.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

We provide bed linen, bathroom terry and a smaller pool range in the pantry. You will also receive freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.
