The cottage with its glass veranda, patios and garden is located in the edge of the forest overlooking meadow landscapes. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, an oven and a fridge. Soapstone fireplace in the living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, linens and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning is not included, but can be booked as an extra. Note: From November, it is only possible to stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset, because there was a red brewery building on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located in a somewhat secluded spot in a large, lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house, it is within walking distance to Kivikviks harbor, beach and restaurants. It is important to note that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, so it is not childproof. At our place, guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.
