The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to Reiseradioen). Short distance to the wildlife park, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with double bed for two people.

Here you are the closest neighbor to Fiskebrygga and the cultural attractions Kunstsilo and Kilden. From the apartment you can stroll down to the jetty and take a refreshing morning swim, eat at the Factory or enjoy something good in the glass at Gvino wine bar. On beautiful Odderøya there are great hiking opportunities, a climbing park and a new park area with playground equipment. Short distance to Bystranda, Aquarama and Kvadraturen.

Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Short drive to Dyreparken. The terrace has a comfortable seating area and sun from morning to evening. The apartment has a lift from the car park up to the apartment on the Level 5. Construction work is taking place in the area. Palmesus will be held at Bystranda from 25 to 27 June 2026, with associated set-up and dismantling activities before and after the event.

The cabin is very centrally located in Skudeviga near Tømmerstø in Kristiansand: 14 km to Dyreparken, 12 km to Kristiansand, and Randesund golf course is 4.3 km away. In addition, you can visit the fully equipped shop and restaurant at the newly renovated Tømmerstø Brygge. Sunny and large patio with garden furniture and barbecue. A stone's throw from the cabin, you can use the volleyball court, the football field and the small sandy beach. There is also a jetty by the beach. Note: Bed linen and towels must be brought.
