Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Bright and modern apartment with space for a small toddler family. Two bedrooms with a total of 2 beds. 1 x 180 cm bed and 1 x 140 cm bed. Approximately 15 minutes by car to Dyreparken and Kristiansand city centre, where you have several sights such as Fiskebrygga and ☀️ Markens. A short walk from Tømmerstø Brygge and Randesund Lysstøperi, which are also sights worth seeing! The apartment also comes with a small patio, barbecue and two chairs that you can enjoy in the sun. Good bus connections and short road to bus stops.

Modern, small and effective apartment (24 m2) in a 60's-building. Combined living- and sleepingroom. Fresh linnen, towels and cleaning after your stay is included. Small balcony with chairs and table facing a fenced, private garden. Best suited for up to two, can sleep up to four. Centrally located to the beach (350 meters), Dyreparken (zoo and waterpark), Kunstsilo and more. Half a block to grocery store. Lots of take out places. Keys can be picked up at local kiosk 750 m. away.
