The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Close to a lake, in a quiet area surrounded by forest. Simple, older, small cabin, fully equipped. A 15-minute drive to Kristiansand city centre, the golf club, the zoo, the shopping centre (Sørlandssenteret) and Aquarama (Badeland), and it is about 1.5 km from the sea (Justvik marina). The cabin is located in a peaceful area close to Hemningsvannet. Nice swimming and fishing water 3 min to walk down to the water. A small sandy beach, benches and a barbecue area. Great hiking areas with marked trails. Nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the cabin (open until 23:00 man - Saturday).
