Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

Delightful newly renovated single-family home with consistently good standards is centrally located on Hånes. 9 min drive to the zoo, 8 min drive to Sørlandssenteret, 6 min drive to Hamresanden beach, 12 min drive to Kristiansand City City. Kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils (cutlery, plate, glasses, etc.) There are 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a baby bed.
