Looking at the Palatinate Forest, the "Waldschlösschen" is on the edge of the university residential area. I use the apartment myself when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern, and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in such a way that you can work efficiently from home and also relax.
