Our former farmhouse, which is over 170 years old, farmhouse is centrally located in Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will stay in a studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Daily necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, post office, etc.) are within walking distance around our house. Fresh eggs are available from the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place every Saturday diagonally opposite in the old dairy.

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to terrace, yard and garden, there is a barbecue station with large new Rösle gas grill & the barn that can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber framing with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

By car, it takes about 8 minutes to get to the city center or train station and 5 minutes to the university. About 100 m from the apartment, you will find the bus stop on weekdays, buses run in different directions every 16 minutes. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.
