You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and refrigerator. Underfloor heating throughout the property. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Lämpligt för 2 men med extrasäng(ar) kan 3-4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. Cozy cottage with a private garden in wonderful Nybrostrand outside Ystad. The cottage is 69 sqm and has 2 bedrooms and a larger living room with fireplace. Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family.
