Newly renovated guest house of approx. 50 sqm, a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private south-facing patio. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house, there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is accessed via a staircase, there are two single beds (90 cm x 2). Crib is available to borrow. The bike path takes you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Gäststuga i vår lummiga trädgård med naturen in på knuten, vid Fyledalens naturreservat på gränsen till Österlen. 2 km till sommarlandet Tosselilla, 7 km till badsjö, 18 kilometer till Ystad och havet. Attefallshuset är litet men väl utrustat. Soffan omvandlas till dubbelsäng. Lämpligt för 2 men med extrasäng(ar) kan 3-4 bo här om man kan ha det lite trångt. This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Large and spacious kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. A 5-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can enjoy fantastic views of Hammars hills and Ystad. In the area, there is also access to a shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to the bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family. Explore Sweden's Provence from this picturesque farmhouse, located in a quiet and pleasant part of Tomelilla, close to all amenities. From here you can drive down to Kåseberga, continue east towards the apple kingdom in Kivik, or why not visit Sandhammaren, which with its chalky white sand is constantly named one of the country's best beaches. All the pearls and strawberry spots of Österlen are at your feet. Welcome!

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
