Listing is as described. We found it easily and check in was very simple. We received all the necessary information the day before in a message, everything was clear and detailed. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped, you feel really good there. Although small in size, the space is intelligently arranged which makes the stay comfortable. We sleep well thanks to the shutters in particular and the bedding. We had a great weekend, thank you so much Matthieu! 😊

Perfect stay with an exceptionally welcoming host who is very attentive to his guests. The spacious accommodation offers a pleasant tranquility, even during busy weekends, with a particularly well-sized kitchen that facilitates the preparation of meals. The location is ideal: located in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and the city centre, it allows you to fully enjoy the region. Note that the included parking space is a real asset, especially in the high summer season when parking can be difficult in the area. I would definitely recommend this listing for a great stay!

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you are on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.
