On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a living room with a kitchen overlooking a spacious and friendly living room of 80m². This is my primary residence that I rent when I travel for work. The location allows you to do everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, Iles docks...), it's ideal in summer!

You will appreciate this accommodation for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the end of an alleyway with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls.It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

Have a great time in this spacious and serene space and enjoy Quiberon on foot or by bike! Shops are a 1-minute walk away and beaches are a 5-7 minute walk away. The photos give you the description of the rooms in the house. What to bring: - MANDATORY cleaning - 150 euros, to be paid directly to the person who will welcome you on arrival. Option: a sheet and towel kit can be provided for an extra charge, it's €25 per kit/bed. We do not allow pets.
