Direct access to the beach and two free parking spaces (max. height 1.80 m). On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a shower room and toilet, a dining area, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a living room, and a large furnished terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with a dressing area and a private bathroom with shower, and a shower room with a separate toilet.
