I echo what others have said about how beautiful Lucia’s condo is and how responsive she is as a host. The furnishings are lovely - especially the large daybeds inside and on the patio. This is definitely a family-oriented complex with lots of children, and some nights at the resto/bar went late and were quite loud, but it is otherwise a fairly peaceful environment.

Very nice stay, I loved very nice little place . It's very close and a short walk to the beach. Excellent atmosphere, I would definitely recommend. Seemingly very comfortable and good location. The only thing that could be improved is for long stays include a housekeeping per week and that would be perfect. May I will return without hesitation.

The apartment was lovely. The rooms and beds were perfect for our group. The beach and pool were really nice. The staff within the complex were friendly and very helpful. The large balcony had comfortable seating and a great view of the ocean.

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

This is the only place I will stay if when I return! our host was exemplary and showed us what real dominican hospitality is really like. The home is stunning, very spacious with the right amount of furniture. Garden and outside area is where you will spend most of the time because it's simply beautiful. The most WONDERFUL experience! The home and the property are even more beautiful, stylish, welcoming and comfortable than the pictures could possibly convey. Sea Horse Ranch is an ideal escape with a secure and lush vibe and this villa is located so perfectly close to the private beaches, oceanside pools and delicious Beach Club restaurant—a pleasant two to three minute walk. But the stars of the show are the owners/hosts Sue and Steve and their staff Elizabeth and Nidia. We’ve rented quite a few airbnb properties over the years and these folks are absolute gems. Sue and Steve run this home like a Bed and Breakfast in the best possible way. You have all the privacy and get to treat the home as your own but they have their staff Elizabeth and Nidia keeping the place sparkling clean and providing the most amazing meals made with love. All of the ingredients are exceptional—you can feel the team is treated like family so they 100% care for this special place and its guests.

This place was amazing — it completely exceeded my expectations. It felt like staying at a resort but without the all-inclusive part. It’s in a private complex with a pool, and they even take you to Playa Dorada in a golf cart since it’s right within the complex. The restaurants on the beach were great, especially the Brazilian one — the food was incredible. It’s also really close to the Historic Center, about 10 to 15 minutes away, which made getting around easy. This is definitely my new favorite spot to stay in Puerto Plata with my family they loved it so much felt just like home— no doubt about it! Worth every penny!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

The place was well-equipped, cozy, and perfect for a stay with a small child. We were excited when we arrived and almost extended our stay. The apartment was perfectly prepared, thought out, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day. Unfortunately we could hear heavy rumbling and bass every night from several directions, probably from cars parking by the beach. It was disruptive and difficult to sleep on. We were disappointed with the beach, where we could walk – it was soiled and not suitable for small children. Walking barefoot was not safe due to trash in sand. Overall, I would recommend the place for beautiful amenities and comfort, but if you're looking for peace and clean surroundings, it's a good idea to count on these factors.

Beautifully decorated, very responsive and helpful hosts. They were able to accommodate us for an early check in which was a great help. The location is perfect, very private and you seldom see others on the beach. Everything you need is in the Airbnb, the kitchen is well equipped and there was shampoo and conditioner dispensers in one of the bathrooms. Complete with extra blankets and provides a very homey experience. Couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation poolside and beachside!

This was our second time staying here. Patti is a wonderful host. She is responsive to any issue that may come up. We spent 2 weeks this time around and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you for being part of another wonderful stay in Cabarete!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Richards very spacious condo. We stayed between 23 Aug - 6 Sept 2024. Very clean and had all of the essentials. Pool and grounds very clean and well maintained. Richard is a great host and very responsive and proactive. Location is central so easy access to beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended

Stayed and reviewed SeaWinds several times before. First time in this unit and with this host. Nice unit and good communication. Everything went very smooth.
