It has a king size bed , air conditioner, hot water , wifi , tv, sofa ,refrigerator, coffee maker , one burner stove , microwave, small kitchen , we are in a hill complex , not walkable to the city and 10 to 7 minutes to the beach. And stairs .

Perfect for enjoying a sunset with breathtaking views. It is in a central location that will allow you to walk to the main attractions of the city. Like Independence Park or the San Felipe Fort. So there is no need to rent a car! The apartment has 3 beds each with AC and TV, 2 baths with hot water, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a home office.

Our apartment is tastefully well decorated and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is on a 3rd floor, however it’s easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, modern style bathrooms, 50" Flat Smart TV with cable service, free WIFI and Netflix, A/C, washer and dryer, and private balcony with pool view. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!
