We stayed in a junior suite at Tropical for 7 weeks and overall the stay was great. Specific to the room we had— shower door didn’t close fully causing water to leak our after every shower and some bathroom items not replaced daily. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever. VIP concierge checked in every few days and assisted with anything we asked for. 1 week of complimentary wifi was gracious and appreciated. The only other thing I would mention is the fact that having VIP access (gold bands) is fabulous and worth the upgrade BUT trying to get answers to certain things was difficult as I was directed to 3 or 4 different people/areas/buildings.

This Airbnb is in a hotel. The hotel has multiple suites consisting of different apartments. It’s extremely clean and beautifully designed. This place is located right on the beach in a great location. Just walk down the beach to multiple restaurants and bars. There was a leak in the first unit and we had to be moved to another unit. The reason I did not give a bad review was because the host was super responsive and handled everything wonderfully. Plus the new three bedroom unit was a major upgrade. Extremely professional helpful and responsive host We all definitely come back very soon

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is subleased from a resort, so we still had to check in at the resort hotel/desk, and had access to the resort pool and private beach chairs, but everything else was easy and straight forward to do on our own and not through the resort. Cabarete is filled with great restaurants all along the beach, and a grocery store right next to the hotel/airbnb. Perfect location for a family friend vibe.

Definitely will stay here again. At times i didn’t want to get out of the bed.Felt like home.

Love the place it's a great place stay it's quiet while being in heart of everything. They really have a gem. Just a tip when looking for it on Airbnb type Conti in and you will find the place

The hotel was at the mountain, super quiet and comfortable. The room was perfect and clean. The restaurant had a great view and the food was excellent.

The property is located within mere minutes walking from the beach and minutes by car to 2 surrounding towns. The host is friendly and assuring to welcome hosts in a superbly managed environment. Best value in El Encuentro.

I had a great time a wonderful stay. It was a great environment easy access to restaurants and bars and I had a great night. Sleep definitely suggest checking out this Airbnb. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice room with a comfortable Queen sized bed, small living area and a clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water (no calentador needed). Rooms are behind a secure, electronic, locked gate. AC was great! Quiet area, which can be hard to find in Mao. Located just a few blocks from the park in the center of town and about a block and a half from The Colombian restaurant, one of the absolute best in town! Lovely ladies offered me tea, coffee, breakfast every time I came in and out. Would recommend!

Excellent accommodation, just adjust the room a little no. 3 and bathroom so that they are up to others. Beautiful areas and swimming pool, modern accommodation.
