The best thing about the property is the host is very available and there to help you navigate the area. If you aren’t staying at a beachfront hotel with support staff and it’s your first time in the area or you don’t speak spanish you will probably be very grateful you had riin as your host to help you figure things out. The property is gorgeous, it works well for a longer term rental. Riin helped me with kite and surf lessons as well as renting scooter to get to encuentro beach. Things to know are there are several units sharing the property, all are in the pictures so if one in particular catches your eye you may want to clarify which one you will be staying in. If having other guests or children around is an issue clarify that too. The property is in a quiet and safe area. probably the safest part as it is only local traffic. It is a 10-15min walk to the main gate depending on the pace. Then the beach and supermarket are right across the street.

Perfect apartment for 1 person( max for 2) close to the beach and quiet. If you were on the road all day or if it rained in a day, you could stay home comfortably and connect with your Netflix account and watch movies.

Mary takes good care of her guests. You feel like a family in one of their apartments. The beach is beautiful and the area is full of discoveries to make.

To start... one of my best experiences on this platform. Mary who is the co-host of a SUPER PRO girl greeted me with so much love and made sure everything was working before leaving. The apartment super nice and clean and the best part is that it has EVERYTHING basic that you are going to nesecitar in your stay. This one is going to do another place that adds to my favorites list.

What a gem of a week in the Dominican Republic with Riin! I had no idea what I was in for when I booked a week at her place. I cannot wait to go back. She was so proactive in picking me up from the airport, making me feel right at home, and sharing other areas to explore like her place up in Buen Hombre (Shhh... don't spoil it.) Seriously can't wait to go back and stay again -- she and her team are all top notch. 5 stars all around!! Thanks Riin <3

Riin is a wonderful host with a wonderful place! Her place forms part of the nicest and safest place to stay in Cabarete with only 10-15min walk to the beach. Highlights of the stay were the Yoga Lounge and the Pool. At night you can enjoy the amazing jungle sounds from an abundance of insects in the surroundings. I also chose to work from her place and with the internet even heavy work like building websites and having lots of Teams calls the internet was functional. Riin herself was always responsive and helpful. She knows so many people and places and can recommend you to literally anything and anyone. I felt super welcome 🙏 You can meet scooters at her place which are perfect for vistiting other places close by. All in all 💯 recommended!!! PS: She also has an even nicer camp and location at Buen Hombre, about 3 hours from Cabarete. Make sure to check out her Airbnb Profile to see the amenities. It’s the perfect place if you want to do kitesurfing.

Riin’s place was clean and cute. The other guests were quite pleasant. The neighborhood is quite safe and away from traffic. I’d do a long stay here again if I had the chance. Having Riin around was great as she’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging.
