Beach condo holiday rentals in Puerto Plata

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

It was really dreamy. The apartment is located directly on the Kitebeach. The security guards from the facility are all very nice and helpful. It was just great.

We are 3 retired seniors who travel together. We really appreciated each having our own bedroom with a full bath for each. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities we would need. It was located in a quiet area close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and stores. Iris was very good with explaining all about the property and the area. The shining star was property manager Roger who was both informative and extremely friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you Iris and Roger.

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

Very well stocked from the kitchen to bath towels to beach towels! We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful condo! We have stayed multiple times in Seawinds, really liked this two bedroom condo. Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely apartment…, spacious, with a home welcoming feel. If you are a messy person don’t bother because this is a beautifully decorated all white apartment.

The apartment has plenty of space and is very secure. Also, the apartment is within walking distance to a very nice Sirena supermarket. I would not consider the apartment to be in downtown Sosua, you will not hear a lot of noise and it will take 2 or 3 more streets of walking/quick driving to get to downtown Sosua.

The apartment looks like the photos and descriptions. The host provided mamy of the essentials for our stay - dish detergent, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. it's about 500 meters to the beach and 900 meters to large super market (jumbo). A typical taxi to get around Puerto Plata is 200 pesos. A ride to the airport should be $20 to $25. Uber works but gives a low fare that is not accepted by most taxi drivers. offer a tip and no problem. Recommended.

I was familiar with the area and the complex. I'd stayed in the neighbouring unit a few times and down the road. It's quiet. Easily walkable into town and to the beaches. Great little breakfast spot just next door. Cheap. Good food. Christopher and his property manager Yessica were quick to respond to a few questions. There was a slight issue with the AC that was quickly resolved with no problems. The unit has Interent that was typically around 15-5. Fridge is apartment sized with a full freezer. Instant On hot water. I don't need much and this unit was exactly what I needed. Would definitely book again.

This was our second time here. Willis was very responsive. It's a 2-minute walk through the property to get to the beach. <15 minutes by car to the Centro Historico. We had a great time!

A very spacious and comfortable apartment, with several bedrooms and bathrooms. All very well equipped with Air Conditioning. It is a very recommendable apartment, we liked it a lot. The host was responding quickly and nicely.

Great stay in Cabarete right off kite beach. We came here last year and liked it so much we decided to come again. Great airbnb for a family or group of kiters. Huge living room with tons of seating, balcony with incredible views, and feels very safe! Will come visit again

The common areas were perfect for spending quality time together, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making group meals easy and enjoyable. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying again!
