Waterfront holiday rentals in Puerto Morelos

We had a fantastic stay in Playa del Carmen! The apartment was in a terrific location—just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff was really wonderful: friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive to the few requests we had. Their hospitality made everything feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet emplacement. L'hôte nous a répondu rapidement. L'emplacement du logement était parfait pour nous, très près de la plage et des restaurants. Il était également très propre. Il y avait de la musique le soir, mais rien qui nous a empêché de dormir. Nous avons également apprécié les chaises de plage et le parasol qui étaient très pratiques pour nous. La vue de la piscine est splendide. Nous recommandons fortement.

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

I have been traveling to Playa Del Carmen for several years with my family. Our experience during our recent stay was exceptional, as our host was highly responsive and accommodating. The residence itself was remarkable. I would recommend this location, as my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

El apartamento de Toti, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una vacacion con todo lo necesario, y lujos extras, es la 2da vez que vamos y seguiremos repitiendo. El apartamento es muy amplio, con una terraza enorme, muy recomendable para familias con niños. la piscina esta a unos cuantos pasos y es enorme. Y la comunicacion excelente, siempre al pendiente de nosotros

El lugar es exactamente como se describe con todo lo necesario para una perfecta estadía en Playa del Carmen. La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo es lo suficientemente privado para tener una buena noche de sueño. El anfitrión ofreció muy buenas recomendaciones y la respuesta siempre fue inmediata. Otro detalle, es el espacio de estacionamiento, que estuvo perfecto porque rentamos vehículo durante nuestra estadía. Recomiendo al 110% este lugar como opción de hospedaje en Playa del Carmen.

Alizees place was perfect. It’s right by the beach, close to restaurants, taxi services, close to Quinta Avenida, a 30 min walk to the ferry. The place is huge, beautiful balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a pretty rooftop pool & such a comfortable vibe. She was so helpful, accommodating, and even shared some fun spots for us to check out, which we did and were impressed! Some things to note: - Sargassum season gives a strong scent from the balcony but, it didn’t bother us as I’m an ocean lover - On the weekend, the restaurant below plays slightly loud music but again, didn’t bother us as I love the musical aspect of Mexican culture & it stopped around midnight anyways - Takes a bit of time to get cold water because it’s hot down there but I’m used to things like this personally! - The electricity limit was a surprise to me, maybe I didn’t read it on the listing initially but we had plenty of usage and so far I was not charged for it Thanks so much. Definitely hope to return again 🤎

Lovely home, so comfortable and clean. It’s a short drive from all the action. I appreciate Patricia’s responsiveness the most because I really need strong communicators when on vacation. There was some unusually heavy storms that caused a few leaks near the dining area, but nothing that impacted our stay. Patricia responded immediately with cleaning service, and it was great vibes. Ana, the cleaning person is so sweet and present as needed. I’d stay here again. It worked very well for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids.

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

We spent a wonderful week at Mi Mar! The view from both terraces was breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and conveniently close to Puerto Morelos. Considering the challenges of maintaining a beachfront property, we truly appreciated the unique details and creativity that went into the construction of this home—especially the stunning ceiling on the second floor and the way the palm tree shadows danced with the light in the fountain area on sunny days. While it’s not luxurious by typical U.S. standards, it’s a perfect vacation home for a group of 8 family members or friends. Appreciated owners fast communication and checking on us!

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Great luxury stay near Puerto Morelos. Property was as described and pictured. Great space, pool, air conditioning and kitchen. Unexpected maid service halfway through our stay was a plus. Concierge service through Dora was outstanding. She helped set-up professional chefs, masseuse, and snorkeling as well as manage our arrival and departure. Overall great location for our family of 8 reunion!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Le logement était très bien situé. Il était à proximité de la plage, à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants dont la 38e avenue. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était parfait pour notre séjour. La piscine sur le toit était agréable et on voyait la mer, Cozumel, etc. Son emplacement est dans un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire (il y a une personne à l’accueil du building et une station de police au coin de la rue). Nous avons eu un excellent séjour, nous y avons séjourné 5 jours. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

Muy lindo apartamento, con todo lo necesario, está en un complejo con varias amenidades, playa, una alberca gigante, jacuzzi, tiene restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación y respuesta de los anfitriones. Tanto a la entrada como salida fueron muy puntuales. El departamento limpio y funcionando bien todo lo que usamos. Muy recomendable 👌

Great apartment in a nice condo complex. It’s worth noting that if you’re after beach time to note that Playa del Carmen and that coast gets a lot of seaweed from May thru August apparently, so be prepared for the smell and not using the sea much. The apartment is wonderful, well lit, very spacious and well equipped. The host is very responsive. The pool setup is great, added bonus having same shade over the pool. Staff at the complex are fantastic. Overall we enjoyed our stay here

We were amazed with such a great area! From the moment that we turned to our street, everyone was flabbergasted, we could see the beach and the beautiful water. Our building had a safe underground garage. It was actually at walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants in front and all around our location. We found a wonderful coffee place, AHOCACAO. Ask the locals, they’ll recommend great taco stands. Pharmacies and convenience stores literally next door to us. If you need tour guides, they’re posted in all over. Oh, the farther that you walk, the cheaper the souvenirs will be. You can also exchange money in front of a convenience store til 9pm. The area felt very safe. We never felt that there was anything to be on the on the lookout about. We could not believe that we actually were so lucky to choose this location! A plus is that our check in time was 3, but they allowed us in at 2:30. If you choose this location, you’ll have fantastic hosts and an unforgettable experience

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!
