You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250 soul village of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The height of 550 above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. The garden street is very quiet, it is at the same time the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be delighted, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is large, in the sky the Rotmilan draws its laps, woodpecker, middle woodpecker and green woodpecker look forward to the old trees.

We are renting a beautiful former farmhouse, which was renovated in 2021/22. The detached single-family house (100 square meters) can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for peace, nature and relaxation or want to play golf. In the immediate vicinity - 3 km from the vacation home - is the Lietzenhof golf course. On the 18-hole course in extensive grounds, you can switch off and enjoy the unique natural landscape.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
