Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams also crack, the rain rattles on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.
