My partner and I spent four days in Marco's apartment, they were four days of relaxation, we felt welcomed as family. Antonietta and Francesco, Marco's father and mother (two people like there aren't many, kind, generous, two people with whom it is pleasant to get lost in their stories) who live upstairs from the apartment, pampered us and made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back next time, the three of us.

Apartment is authentically kept in an old but high quality style. The bedrooms are very spacious. Communication with the hosts went smoothly Positive: very good location (7 min from the leaning tower, restaurants, bars, supermarket), well-equipped kitchen, bedroom in the yard very quiet. Negative: The shower was very small, Wi-Fi only via 5G router (turns off after a certain time when it is not hanging on the electricity), very clairaudient (one bedroom is to the street side, here you can hear everything that happens outside)

It was a perfect stay! The place is lovely, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view of Vinci. Beautiful for children to be surrounded by nature. Chiara was very helpful and kind. The house is very large, spacious, equipped with every comfort.

The time spent in Querceto was just marvellous; the village is unique and the apartments are respecting the original architecture. Anna and the whole service team have always been kind and available and most of all....always with a smile on their faces ( even when I needed help for my son who knocked hisself inside the bathroom......🤦‍♂️) ! So definitely recommended!

This is a lovely property, which is kept in a pristine condition. The gardens are beautifully kept and the swimming pool was perfect for keeping cool in the Tuscan sunshine. The restaurants in Santa Maria Del Giudice are very good and we enjoyed everything about our stay. As a base for visits to various locations in Tuscany, this was a great place to stay.

Great stay! Michaela was an available host and responded quickly to our requests. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the main sites of Tuscany. Very nice pool and nice location to enjoy the sunset, not far from the apartment. It is sunny in the morning and the terrace is pleasant for meals.

We made the decision to stay in Empoli rather than Florence and we couldnt have been happier. Empoli was so peaceful and less "people-y" than Florence, and so much more affordable. There is also lots to see and do, especially on a rainy day. It is also 5€ for a train ticket into Florence and a trip down to Siena is also accessible right from the Empoli train station. Our host, Maddalena, was so responsive and an excellent host, and her apartment is very homey with enough room to spread out - especially with the outdoor terrace! She met us at the apartment and was so friendly and welcoming and made sure we were set for our stay and that we were well taken care of throughout our stay with her recommendations. Our home away from home!

We had a wonderful time at Serena's. The huge garden around the villa, the view, it was even more beautiful than we had imagined in the photos. We had an apartment with garden access in the annex and that is perfect for families - our child (and the neighbours' children) could run across the meadow and we could sit relaxed on the terrace. And the pool is of course also a highlight for the kids. The village centre of Guardistallo is charming, a few great restaurants, bars and just as you imagine a small, historic village in Tuscany - and just a few steps from the accommodation. If you want to explore the area, you need a car - then you can drive to many other beautiful villages and to the sea. And last but not least, Serena is a great, courteous host who is always available. Maybe we'll join the ranks of the regulars.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, perfect for finding peace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The rooms are not discounted, but studied in every detail, starting with the imense garden full of colors. A note of merit for all the green details to protect the environment, congratulations. A tip for all the next guests, in the evening you look up at the sky, I don't remember a sky so full of stars. Finally, I would like to congratulate the host Bruna and her partner(I think she is), friendly and available at any time for advice. We'll be back!!!

Easy to check in and always available for any question

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Amazing place to find peace in the middle of Tuscany, with stunning views and a wonderful pool. The house is decorated with care and makes you feel at home easily. Highly recommendable.

This was one of the most beautiful holidays of our family in Italy. When it comes to places to visit in Tuscany, the location of the villa is undoubtedly the best, the villa itself is very cozy, authentic, comfortable and clean. The villa offers very beautiful natural landscapes, and the pool is simply amazing. The hosts welcomed us hospitably, they are probably some of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people we have met in Italy. We even received a special name cake for our son's birthday... it is simply fantastic and unique. We highly recommend it and wish you the most beautiful moments in Tuscany.

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thanks Carla!

The pool was fabulous for the kids in the evening after a day of exploring Tuscany.

We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

Dear Anna-Lisa and Marcello, we had a fantastic time in your beautiful house, which we would love to recommend. The house has been lovingly renovated, is pleasantly cool and very well equipped. In front of the house is a huge garden where children can let off steam. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs. The house is ideally located for all excursions, whether to the beach, to beautiful small villages and of course to the great old town of Lucca. Anna-Lisa gave us great tips in advance for exploring the area. We would like to highlight Anna-Lisa's great willingness to help, who was always very easy to reach and helped us with all questions or difficult situations, such as a hospital stay. A big thank you for your great hospitality and your delicious olive oil! Grazie mille! We'd love to come back :)

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

This house is beautiful. It was quiet, peaceful, adjacent to a stream. We could walk a short distance to a wedding at a nearby villa. Restaurants nearby were really good. Our host was so helpful and patient to help us find our way there (in spite of our poor navigation skills). Douwe Jan went above and beyond ! We had a wonderful stay!!
