Ernesto’s place was magnificent. Spotlessly clean, and in a beautiful spot. Ernesto himself was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. We felt right at home at his place. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit with him again soon. Thank you!

Me and my family visited the beautiful house located at the mountains surrounding the small village Buti in the beginning of June. We were in total 18 persons (10 adults, 8 kids between 1-16 years old). We did trips to e.g. Lucca but you want to spend time at the house and the pool - the location is truly stunning. The house is very large and everyone can get some private space. The kitchen is well equiped and has everything you need. Since we arrived very late in the evening we got help with italian beakfast in the morning and we also purchased some local wine, eggs and olive oil which were highly appricated. It's only ~15min of drive to the nearest Coop Supermarket. In all we are very happy with the week we spent in Buti and we an highly recommend it!

Annalisa and her family are wonderful people, they immediately welcomed us with extreme kindness. The house has exceeded all expectations in both size and meticulous cleanliness. The garden was a plus that was highly appreciated by our children. If there is an opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks again for everything!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

Villa Pergolone lives up to the high expectations set by the listing. The house is gorgeous, the surroundings even more so. The host and caretaker are very responsive and fond of the place, this shows in everything. Insanely highly recommended!

This is a fabulous house. While we were there we had not so great weather so a lot of the outdoor space went unused but we did have one evening that it was nice enough to sit outside and over look the valley. This is a house that is not walkable to anything. We would say they "live in the country". We didn't have an issue with this since we had hired a driver but be aware that there is nothing close by. The owners were so responsive and so kind during check in. Couldn't have asked for better owners.

The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a successful stay. The host, Filip and Carley, were friendly, helpful, and responsive. The view was amazing, and as described. We drank lovely local wine, and had some great walks in the area. We can recommend a stay here and we would love to come back.

Benedetta's place is a studio apartment located inside the park's farm. The house has a very nice outdoor area that is directly in the park. The sea is accessed through a staircase inside the park, so it's very comfortable! Quiet place with a condominium pool always clean, where there is always Arianna, a pleasant and helpful person. Benedetta is a kind person who responds to every need. We stayed for 15 days with a small child and our little dog who had a great time! We had a good time! Thank you Benedetta. To improve the appearance of cleaning, but otherwise everything is great!

Belonging large on multiple levels with furnishings and spaces to comfortably accommodate more people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay away from home. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space. Communication with Lucia was also great and smoothly. Recommended!

It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.

An excellent and peaceful place to stay. The view is absolutely stunning, pool was lovely, and there rooms are more than spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for. Unless you are planning on staying only there, you do need a car. With a car, the shops were 10 mins drive away and the train station < 10 mins with free parking.

We had a very good time here! The Airbnb is a separate part of a nice house on a hill, it is spacious and has everything you need. You can sit outside and there is a nice swimming pool. The hosts were very nice and always available for help/tips. I definitely recommend this place!

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. Parking has enough. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

Great house - fantastic views over olive trees and vines to the sea - perfect for relaxing !

We had a great time staying in Tuscany with family, the house is large, very clean, functional, well-equipped. The pool is nice and private. Good location to discover the region. Very good communication with the owners, very friendly and always ready to satisfy their hosts. Recommended.

We stayed at "Il Fienile" for a relaxing weekend surrounded by nature, and the experience was simply enchanting. The property is taken care of down to the smallest detail, a perfect mix of rustic and modern comfort. The place was super clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal for those looking for tranquility, but also for exploring the surroundings: in a few minutes you can reach picturesque villages and paths surrounded by greenery. The outdoor garden is a small corner of heaven where we had breakfast admiring the view. The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming, ready to provide recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. Genuine hospitality that makes a difference. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back
