Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Pisa

This is a lovely spot. On a nice peaceful street and very close to the square where there are plenty of nice places to eat and a very short walk to the beach. Easy to park too. The place itself is lovely, comfy bed and stays cool on a hot day.

Had a fab stay in Cecina at Chic Seaside apartment. Loved the location- we had a car, it was easy to find and when we finally got parking, easy! Know the parking rules for Italy, lots of free parking. Loved the apartment, it had every convienence available, it was spotless and easy to maintain. And it was so spacious for us a family of 3, would also suit 2 couples. Local amenities were great, easy walk to shops, beach, restaurants. Train service also convenient- day trips to Florence and Pisa, car trips to the mountains and Volterra – well worth a visit, wish we had more time. Would love to come back again for a longer stay.

Lovely apartment and in reality more beautiful than in the photos. It's very well furnished, incredibly welcoming. It is a stone's throw from the sea and the main street where all the clubs are located. Mariella is a very kind host, always smiling and ready to help. He provided a lot of information about the accommodation, the premises and the surroundings in advance, so we immediately entered the holiday atmosphere. Cecina is very beautiful and there are many things to do and see. We highly recommend a holiday in Marina di Cecina in this B&B. Fantastic!!!

Great hospitality and attention to detail. Small apartment where nothing was missing and sea views with postcard sunsets. Great location for short hikes to the hills.

The check-in was very straightforward. Once we arrived at the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable. Beautifully bright, spacious, with a nice balcony with awning and only a few steps from the sea. Each room has air conditioning. We were also able to park just around the corner. There are some great restaurants nearby, a Neapolitan snack bar opposite, an ice cream parlour right next door and small shops where you can buy delicious things. You can take a very nice walk along the waterfront and there are plenty of opportunities for swimming. Laura was also very likeable and helpful. If we had any questions, she took care of them immediately.

Absolutely stunning place. We fell in love with the apartment, the house, the whole condominium and the surroundings. Matteo is a very nice person, he was always helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, large, very well equipped, quiet and safe. Trouble-free parking in front of the house, everything inside the fenced area, so absolutely safe. The surroundings are amazing...a short walk to a large and long beach, a short walk to a wonderful large forest, which is great for walks. A restaurants and a supermarkets are also very close. We really liked it here and are already thinking about when we will return there. Thank You.

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Her family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

The villa is really cute and true to the images attached to the description. The estate is surrounded by a beautiful garden, from which you can see the surrounding hills. The pool has been cleaned every day and is truly a gem of the farmhouse. In the area there are beautiful villages and the long sea is a 5-minute drive away. Susanna was an exceptional host, she has the perfect harmony between being professional and friendly. She always responded promptly to our requests and welcomed us with great courtesy and attention. We hope to return to this sun-kissed land soon and stay again at a property run by Susanna.

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We were able to spend four wonderful weeks there. The house is simple, but very lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. The veranda and garden are a highlight. Bakers, a mini-market, butchers, various small restaurants, and a bar right by the sea are all within walking distance in a few minutes. The people there are incredibly nice! Francesco is extremely attentive! He had provided coffee, a fruit basket, ingredients for a first meal and a bottle of wine, so we didn't have to go shopping right away. And he was always available for questions and tips! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful apartment, clean and well studied. Located just a few steps from the sea, impeccable communication, very peaceful and kind host despite the 6-hour delay due to a mechanical breakdown. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. Great stay. We will definitely be back.

Barbara made our stay so amazing and was so helpful!! We asked if she could help us book a taxi and instead she drove us to the train station herself and went as far as to help us locate the correct platform for our train!! The apartment was so lovely and exactly as described with everything you need with a supermarket just across the road also. We walked into the town for dinner and visited the beach also. Was overall an amazing stay and I would recommend this place highly for anyone wanting to visit Vada!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We loved our stay at Leonardo and Vanessa's apartment! The apartment is cozy, super clean and quiet, overlooking the sea 😍 There is a super equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk and you can climb into the water from a small dock and go swimming. The location is really wonderful, not far from the train station to explore the surrounding cities but also directly at a bus station from where you can go to the beautiful coast in the south. The washing machine was a great plus too! The two hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, overall our stay was a 10/10!

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large shopping centre and many restaurants. We will be happy to come back. 😃
