Located in a historic complex, a former summer colony built in the 1930s, it is surrounded by a large private park with pine, holm oak and palm trees. The property was the setting of the Comencini film "Tutti a casa" with Alberto Sordi. From the internal gate, with a short walk through the Mediterranean scrub and sand dunes, you arrive directly at the sea and the free beach.
