A really nice accommodation in a great landscape, right on a lake. Communication with the landlord was very good, he was always available and could give us valuable tips. The house is nicely furnished and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. We will be happy to come back.

We were 8 adults, 4 children and 3 babies who rented for 10 days. Suit us perfectly, we love to hang out, swim in the pool and cook together, as well as visit nearby restaurants and wineries. Clean and tidy, and when the electricity went on the stove, they were there in 10 minutes and fixed it. It's 15-20 minutes to the nearest shops and restaurants, we knew that. And had received a good list from Mikaela of nearby shops, restaurants, etc. many with locally produced food. Our warmest recommendations! The last days when it got really hot, a lot of mosquitoes came in the evening, but we were prepared for that because we had read the reviews. And the house had great mosquito nets for all the windows.

It was so beautiful! The house, the turtles in the pond, the restaurant in the village... everything was wonderful. Melissa was very friendly, always responded very quickly and described everything well. We hope we can come back sometime. Our children also had a great time, thank you

The stay at Emanuela's place was a very pleasant experience for my whole family and absolutely to try. The house is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Our dog also appreciated the outdoor spaces. It is in a strategic position both with respect to the village, Torre del Lago Puccini, and to the most sought-after tourist destinations in Tuscany. But another plus is having Emanuela's family next door, who, without lack of discretion, gave us welcoming attention. I thank Emanuela and her family for their availability, hoping to return for an upcoming vacation.

For the second time at Federico's Always clean, pleasant and quiet accommodation. Everything is available in the kitchen and the beautiful garden is a haven of peace... Hannelore is a super host, very friendly, always available and helpful! The place was clean and really quiet! On hot days the pool is really great for cooling off! The place is very secluded and is therefore really quiet and the scenery just beautiful! We had everything you need and even more :-) Hannelore takes great care of her guests! Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights were also pleasant and you could start the day well rested. We had a great time at Hannelore's place and can absolutely recommend it to anyone of peace and nature! Thank you so much for the great time Hannelore and all the best to you and your husband :-)

If we could give Elisa 10*s for everything it still wouldn’t be enough! Every part of booking our trip with her was seamless and we couldn’t recommend the place more if we tried! We stayed here due to attending a wedding at Valle di Badia so if you’re looking for something within a walkable distance this place is perfect!!! The most perfect, calm, tranquil and relaxing setting with so much to offer! Elisa went above and beyond to help us settle in and offer advice and help where we should have been a little more organised! Elisa’s mother was tending to the farm throughout our stay and despite the language barrier she found a way to make us feel so welcome and was so caring! Every aspect of the house was perfect - clean, high standard and just what you’d need whether you’re a couple of 2 or a family of 4! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!!!! x

We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

The perfect host, the perfect stay. The property is beautiful and gardens are amazing. Would recommend for anyone in the area for a wedding at the nearby Valle Di Badia. Elisa was so helpful with any questions around places to visit and was always there when needed.

We stayed at the Moreto with a group of 14 friends. It was an extremely positive experience: the property is beautiful, well organized in the three apartments, clean and comfortable. Having booked the entire complex we were able to enjoy the garden and all the available spaces, including the barbecue for a great evening grill. Great location for both relaxing and celebrating together! The hosts were helpful and welcoming and provided us with the contact of a local chef who booked us a great Tuscan dinner on Saturday night. Everything was perfect!

We loved it very much to stay in this accomodation. The house is very comfortable, we liked eating at the big table outside under the tree and using the barbecue. The pool is very well maintained and the garden is big enough to give 2 families enough privacy. The house is located in a quiet, green area, close to a little village. You can easily visit Pisa, Lucca and other Tuscan places. But most of all, Elisa is a very kind host, always available for questions and willing to help if necessary. It felt like home.
