Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Pisa

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Spacious and quiet place at the end of a short dirt road, where you can hear the birds and watch the sun setting over the Tuscan hills. Massimo is an amazing host, very warm, respectful and clean and he had great recommendations for us. We had a very relaxing stay, the pool was great to cool off and the kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a few meals and enjoyed them from the balcony. Bellissimo!

Very clean and comfortable house, they take care of the details and leave you complimentary water and food. We were greeted by Elisa's mother, who lives on the same property, in a separate house. The house has a renovated bathroom, and has everything you need. You can take a bus very close that takes you everywhere. Taxis work very badly, if you have to go to the airport or train station, I recommend booking a taxi in advance and still arriving with plenty of time, we almost missed the train. I recommend staying here!

During our entire trip to Italy, we slept in several places. Based on the photos alone, we decided to stay in Castagneto Carducci the longest. Why? It is still Tuscany, and at the same time located almost on the very shore of the sea. We really liked the house in the photos. And that choice was a hit. No other place we've been to has made such an impression on us. From the beginning: - Ranieri is a perfect host. They will take care of every detail, provide important knowledge, and are interested in guests. - The house we slept in is a dream come true of sleeping in a typical Tuscan cottage. Everything is matched with taste and style. The atmosphere of this place is amazing. Fresh equipment, everything working. No downsides! The garden around the house is very well maintained, watered every day. - Area: delicious food, lots of vineyards, lots of olive plantations around and close to the sea and many wonderful beaches. We will arrange everything in the nearby town (there is even a car wash and laundry)

Miriam’s place is picture perfect - we felt like we were in a movie. The house has everything you could need and is very clean. There is another rental property attached to the house so there are other people close by but there are separate entrances to each place. The pool is a nice addition. The views are spectacular and Miriam was an extremely helpful host. Highly recommend this property if you want the perfect Tuscan experience.

We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. If you like authenticity and tranquility, then don't hesitate...

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

We have never recovered as quickly and well as in this remote, beautiful and wonderfully simple cottage in the middle of the Tuscan hills. We rarely had such peace and quiet anywhere. In addition, the surroundings were beautifully scenic and the paths not far to the most important cities such as Florence, Pistoia, Lucca or Siena. Filippo gave us valuable excursion tips and restaurant recommendations and is a great man and also a nice and educated conversation partner. We only met Benedetta briefly upon our arrival, but she is certainly the good soul and worker in the background. We felt totally comfortable with the two and are grateful for a heavenly holiday week!

We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the terrace and our evenings enjoying local wine under the stars. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax and take in the serene landscape. The location is ideal—secluded enough to feel like a private retreat, but still close to charming towns, excellent restaurants, and wineries. Whether we were exploring Siena, Florence, or simply enjoying the countryside, this villa was the perfect home base. Our host was welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. The stay with Emilia or Alessandro was fantastic. Beautiful villa with magnificent views from a gigantic roof terrace. The sea is within walking distance. It was a wonderful week.

We stayed for work, a villa with all kinds of services and entertainment, we had a great time even with the communications. Super recommended.

Overall, a great stay. The photos are a great representation of the unit and it’s even better in person. It’s an adorable area with lots to do within walking distance, especially if you enjoy being out of the big city. Nothing beats the views that are only a few mins walking distance away. I would happily recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Lovely tuscan farmhouse. We had the top flat and felt very cosy. The pool is lovely, Henrik and Silvia are great hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

The magnificent view can be enjoyed both as a couple and with friends. It is very quiet and everything has been thought of: outside there are very comfortable seating options, a grill and pool. The garden smells of jasmine everywhere. There is nothing missing inside either. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. After a 20-minute drive, you can reach San Gimignano. Simply a dream and always worth a trip 😍

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

We were at Tommaso's house at the end of May/beginning of June and were thrilled by the nature: thousands of fireflies floated around the house. It is a good starting point for excursions to Pisa, Volterra and Lucca. Tommaso's dad received us very kindly, although we were over 3 hours late due to a motorway closure. In the family restaurant, which is highly recommended, a table was reserved for us, so we could still have a wonderful dinner. The other restaurant recommendations were also wonderful. Tommaso was very helpful and took care of problems quickly and reliably. The path to the house is a steep agricultural path and only partially suitable for cars with little ground clearance (with our car, one always had to get out in some places so as not to get stuck). You can hike and walk the dog. There are shopping facilities in the village of Peccioli; ambitious cooks should, however, have good knives and pepper
