Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Arezzo

La casa cuenta con una habitación, baño, living-cocina, y un pequeño balcón, todo privado. Todos los espacios son muy grandes. Estuvimos muy cómodos. Fuimos a principios de Enero y la casa estaba perfectamente calefaccionada. La casa estaba muy limpia, decorada, y con todos los detalles cuidados; se nota la dedicación de los anfitriones. Sábanas y toallas impecables. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. El baño perfecto también. La casa se encuentra aislada en un entorno precioso, relajante, con un lago privado, no contaminado por la ciudad. El jardín exterior es enorme y está muy bien cuidado (aún en invierno). Hay mesas y sillas, parrilla y lugar para estacionar el auto. En la propiedad, viven Ascensina y Elisabetta; constantemente se ocuparon de que nuestra estadía sea placentera. Fue muy agradable hablar con ellas, son muy simpáticas y una gran compañía. ¡Excelente Airbnb, super recomendado!

Perfect location and the best pool! Close to Arezzo which is really great town. Very pretty traditional centre, lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, and within easy reach of Siena, Florence and the gem that is Cortona. And the pool is wonderful. Kept perfectly clean by Stefan(?), perfect temperature (unheated) for the hot weather and very big so good for doing las. Plenty of good sunbeds and areas of shade to escape to midday sun. The house is of traditional style as the pictures show, but everything clean, good water pressure in shower and a newish functional kitchen. Our family of four (mum, dad and two student aged some) had a great time. Think it would suit and family

liesl’s home was such perfect stay for our time in cortona. it is just a short drive from the city. the home has such a wonderful view and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back again to visit!

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Gastvrouw Marika heeft ons perfect ontvangen, was steeds bereikbaar en gaf zeer goede tips voor de verkenning van de omgeving. De accomodatie was rustig, ook gezien het gedeelde zwembad: iedereen heeft zijn eigen buitenruimte, er is ruimte genoeg op het domein. Kortom: alles wat we nodig hadden voor een combinatie tussen rust en het verkennen van Toscane. Wij hadden een fantastische tijd!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Firstly, Marty and her husband were so nice. We had a small problem and they fixed it immediately and they are just genuinely nice, down to earth people. The space was like staying in a museum. So unique yet up to date. The tub spa was great. The private garden is all Tuscany. Great place to do day trips to Florence and other cities and villages as well. We would love to come back! Thank you, Marty!

Geweldig huis, heel schoon en stil, met prachtig uitzicht. Bedden zijn goed. Zwembad op 1 minuut lopen, met geweldig uitzicht over het meer. Ook vanuit het huis/eigen terras. Mooie strandstoelen. Eigen parkeerplaats. Alvaro is echt supervriendelijk en communicatief. Er stonden 3 wijnen (rood, wit en rosé) uit de regio toen we aankwamen en later kregen we nog een flesje fantastisch goede olijfolie. Houtkachel had hij ook helemaal gevuld klaargezet met hout erbij. Zo top! Je kunt kayaks huren bij het meer. Klein minpuntje is dat veel stadjes en locaties ver weg liggen (40 min rijden), dichtbij is niet erg veel te zien of te doen. Maar huis is echt top!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of four adults and five kids. Accommodations were immaculate, private chefs were decadent and delicious, and fantastic wine. The grounds were just lovely as well and we enjoyed having a fire in the fire place every evening. That you for a lovely stay!

Ein herrlicher Ort zur Erholung. Feudales Haus! Hoch gelegen, deswegen kühlt es nachts ab. Tagsüber ist der Pool oder der Garten top! Wir hatten auch ein fantastisches Abendessen mit anderen Gästen, vom Gastgeber organisiert, vor Ort, auf der Terrasse. So toll. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen. DANKE

Wir hatten zusammen mit zwei jugendlichen Söhnen einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Anna und Tomasso. Die beiden haben das schön gepflegte Anwesen mit ihrem Charm und ihrer Herzlichkeit in jeder Ecke geprägt. An manchen Tagen geht die Nonna umher und verteilt Schätze aus dem Gemüsegarten und leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade. Das Appartment hat nichts vermissen lassen, war sehr sauber und liebevoll durchdacht eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort beim Betreten wohl und möchte eigentlich nie wieder weg. Hervorzuheben ist noch der stets top gepflegte Pool, der uns allen viel Freude bereitet hat. Im Garten finden sich viele individuelle Sitzmöglichkeiten, wie zB ein romantischer, schattiger Pavillon, ein echter Lieblingsort. La Brocca hat eine super Lage, nur 5 Min. vom Supermarkt entfernt und mit gutem Autobahnanschluss für unkomplizierte Tagesausflüge zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Hybridfahrer werden hier mit einer überdachten Solarladestelle beglückt. Sehr gerne wieder !!!

Gabriele welcomed us with open arms to the island where his ancestors have lived through generations! Explained some Irish history on the island to us. He greeted us with generosity with some aperol on arrival! The stay was perfect, overlooking the lake and the birds singing as the sun went down. We cooked a lovely meal in the apartment and Gabriele had set a table up for us, restaurant style and left a nice gift in the fridge for us! Always accommodating and we would definitely recommend. A true Italian hospitality experience 🇮🇹

Was für ein schöner Ort. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Novella hat uns als Begrüßung frische selbstgemachte Pasta ins Haus gestellt. Das Haus ist typisch italienisch, ursprünglich und charmant und der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Garten ins Tal einfach traumhaft. Es gibt süße Orte in der Nähe, wie Poppi und Stia - aber man kann auch einfach mal einen Tag zu Hause relaxen und im Naturpool im Wald schwimmen. Die Kommunikation mit Novella war super, einmal hatten wir uns aus Versehen ausgeschlossen und 15 Minuten später war sie schon da. Für mich ist Novellas Agriturismo ein Sehnsuchtsort und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Lieben Dank Novella!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an wunderbarer Lage. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse über den See, riesiger Swimming Pool, private Lage. Auch an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Es hatte zwar viele Mücken aber wir würden trotzdem sofort wieder hingehen.

Wir waren zu Zweit mit einem Hund auf einer Rundreise und haben spontan bei Mery gebucht. Mery hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und war sehr bemüht, so dass man sich gleich willkommen fühlte. Sie stand uns immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten oder hat uns mit Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Wunderbar war der Pool, den wir mit der Aussicht sehr genossen haben.

Federica è stata un host eccezionale. ci ha accolto nella sua bella casa di campagna come fossimo suoi amici, preoccupandosi ad esempio di venirci a prendere con la sia jeep una volta che, scesi in paese a piedi, si era fatto effettivamente troppo buio per risalire il sentiero. è stata molto disponibile anche nel condividere gli spazi comuni della casa con noi, che siamo stati molto in casa (per via di smartworking) e forse un po' ingombrantini. Da segnalare (ma d'altronde già Federica ce l'aveva anticipato al telefono): la strada non sterrata per arrivare alla casa è molto difficoltosa da fare con una normale auto. sarebbe bene salire con una 4×4 o con una jeep. Strada parte, vorremo tornarci!

un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. ideale per chi cerca silenzio e ha bisogno di ricaricare le batterie. appartamento con vista mozzafiato e terrazzino panoramico. cucina e spazi ampi e vivibilissimi. Fernando un ottimo padrone di casa sempre sorridente e disponibile. anche i suoi gatti ti danno il benvenuto e ti fanno sentire a casa. per raggiungere il casale bisogna addentrarsi circa 3 km in una strada sterrata ma comunque molto agibile. meglio non seguire Google Maps ma le informazioni di Fernando.
