Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Arezzo

The house has a room, bathroom, living-kitchen, and a small balcony, all private. All the spaces are very large. We were very comfortable. We went in early January and the house was perfectly heated. The house was very clean, decorated, and with all the details cared for; you can see the dedication of the hosts. Spotless sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The perfect bathroom too. The house is secluded in a beautiful, relaxing setting, with a private lake, unpolluted by the city. The outdoor garden is huge and nicely cared for (even in winter). There are tables and chairs, grill and parking spot. On the property, they live Ascensina and Elisabetta; they constantly took care of our stay being pleasant. It was very nice to talk to them, they are very nice and a great company. Great Airbnb, highly recommended!

Perfect location and the best pool! Close to Arezzo which is really great town. Very pretty traditional centre, lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops, and within easy reach of Siena, Florence and the gem that is Cortona. And the pool is wonderful. Kept perfectly clean by Stefan(?), perfect temperature (unheated) for the hot weather and very big so good for doing las. Plenty of good sunbeds and areas of shade to escape to midday sun. The house is of traditional style as the pictures show, but everything clean, good water pressure in shower and a newish functional kitchen. Our family of four (mum, dad and two student aged some) had a great time. Think it would suit and family

liesl’s home was such perfect stay for our time in cortona. it is just a short drive from the city. the home has such a wonderful view and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely come back again to visit!

Feedback: we were only given two rolls of toilet paper and had to buy more. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels. Otherwise the place was perfect. Thank you!

We had an amazing week in Casa Trasimonte, where we enjoyed the house, the pool, the terrace and the view. The house is richly equipped, so we ate a lot at home. We also ate at the local restaurant Lo Scoliotto, where the view and food are good. In Tuoro, we ate with great views of the lake. Largo Trasimeno itself was a bit of a disappointment. Not to look at (really beautiful), but not inviting to bathe. We did great walks in the mountains around the house and met a beautiful animal diversity. All in all, a great recommendation from us.

Firstly, Marty and her husband were so nice. We had a small problem and they fixed it immediately and they are just genuinely nice, down to earth people. The space was like staying in a museum. So unique yet up to date. The tub spa was great. The private garden is all Tuscany. Great place to do day trips to Florence and other cities and villages as well. We would love to come back! A lovely place to rest. Feudal house! Highly located, so it cools down at night. During the day the pool or garden is great! We also had a fantastic dinner with other guests, organized by the host, on site, on the terrace. So great. From there you can make many excursions. THANK YOU

A warm recommendation to spend your holiday here! We stayed in the apartment for two weeks, and they were two really good weeks😀 Anna and her family are very kind and caring people who are concerned about how your stay is going. Anna was available throughout the entire stay if any questions arose and was diligent in providing recommendations for both attractions and restaurants. She was accommodating from the start, which resulted in us having the best experience. A super relaxing and nice place to spend time – with a lovely pool. Although it is hot during the day it is pleasant to stay at night. At the same time, you can also go out of town if you wish.

What a lovely place. We felt right at home. Novella put fresh homemade pasta in the house as a welcome. The house is typical Italian, original and charming and the view from the terrace and the garden into the valley is simply fantastic. There are cute places nearby, such as Poppi and Stia - but you can also just relax for a day at home and swim in the natural pool in the forest. The communication with Novella was great, once we had locked ourselves out by mistake and 15 minutes later she was already there. For me, Novellas agriturismo is a longing place and we will definitely be back. Thank you Novella!

We were two with a dog on a round trip and spontaneously booked with Mery. Mery welcomed us very warmly and was very helpful, so that you immediately felt welcome. She was always available to us when we needed help or provided us with tips about the area. The apartment was very large and very clean. The pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed the view very much.

Such an amazing place ! Fernando's house is this beautiful stone typical Italian house you dream of. Inside is well curated and simple, the view is amazing and you can do hiking directly close by or go to the lake. Fernando is so nice and very discreet, but we adored also spending time with him
